I ordered online and went through the entire customization process. Unfortunately it doesn’t show the customization so now I have to call and verify the bakery has that.

The online options for ordering are not good. They should at least add a comment section so customers can add comments about the order. Otherwise, Sams will not have the success with bakery orders they could have.

Ordered 90 cupcakes for my baby shower and they were a big hit! Super yummy and the order came out perfect with no issues from ordering to pick up. Will be using Sam's again for my next event

Nicely done! Ordered these cupcakes well in advance for a bridal shower and they were made perfectly. Bride-to-be was pleased. Took a while for pickup but it was a Saturday morning at just past 8am so I get it. Would order again.

They were very fresh, tasted great, good balance of cake to icing (sometimes cupcakes are all icing, which I don’t like). They stayed fresh in the fridge for at least a few days. The price was great too

Great value!! These cupcakes are some of the best I have ever had and the buttercream was also delicious. We got half white and half chocolate and they were a hit. They were mermaid themed for a children's birthday party. Get these!!

Too hard to figure out how to customize online with a character. Everyone isn't tech savvy. You should be able to call place order with staff to make sure your order comes out the way you need it to be.

I purchased these cupcakes at Sam’s Club in El Paso, TX (Pellicano). Sadly, my cupcakes were dry and tasted stale. When I arrived for my order at the designated pickup time they weren’t frosted yet and I noticed they were left on a counter , uncovered, since who knows when . I was sure it was probably to let them cool off but after tasting them I’m convinced they had been there for hours. One bite from my guests and most cupcakes were left uneaten or barely eaten. It was quite embarrassing to serve these at my special event.

they taster great and work perfectly when on a budget. we have used them twice for large conferences of over 100 people. not one negative comment. the only thing to consider is that buttercream is sweeter and thicker than whipped. whipped, needs to be refrigerated or it will begin to lose its shape. i have bought both versions and both are good. i did get the whipped this May and although was not super-hot outside, it was enough that after 1 hour of being outside, the whipped cream began to get soft.
