[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung Bespoke fridge is amazing! I love how the double doors open up with nothing in the middle blocking the view. The shelves are clear and allow easy viewing for everything that's in the fridge. There is no wasted space and there is high clearance throughout for taller items. It's visually appealing and very practical. The lower compartments allow us to put healthy snacks the kids can self-serve anytime. It's great for parties and so far it has served us well for multiple holidays, storing huge turkeys every side dish, and multiple beverage options. The removable ice storage with 2 cube sizes and a scooper has been more than enough for our large parties and makes serving so easy. Our guests have been very impressed. There are so many features with this fridge that I didn't even realize would come in handy for day-to-day living. The beverage center is awesome. The self-filling pitcher is a game changer. We use it to quickly re-fill our coffee maker with filtered water rather than having to use tap water, so now even the water filter in our coffee maker lasts longer. The beverage station has definitely helped us to drink more water and we've used the infuser to add lemons and limes on occasion which is great for switching it up and having a refreshing drink on the ready. The hidden front compartment door is great for storing items we want quick access to and prevents us from having to open the fridge unnecessarily. Everything in the lower compartments is easily accessible thanks to roll out shelves and drawers. We really appreciate this feature in our kitchen cabinets and it's great to have it in our fridge as well. I love how there's no handles on the outer doors, giving it a designer look that goes well with our kitchen. We decided to go with the gray glass panels, but I'm so excited about the fact that in the future if we decide to redesign our kitchen, I'll be able to easily change out the panels for a sleek black or steel look. Overall, this fridge has improved daily living, making it easier to store food and see what we have, which ultimately makes it easier to plan for grocery shopping trips and has encouraged us to fill it with healthier food options. This fridge brings together great functionality and great design - well done Samsung!

Be very careful - Samsung knows there are issues with this product and the ice maker. Purchased and ice maker froze and poured water ruining hardwood floor. Owned for just over a year. Called Samsung and they claimed it’s not their issue. Had to file homeowners claim- and after reading online this is a well known issue. Confirmed by multiple repair companies who have worked on our fridge. This should be illegal- will not purchase Samsung again!!

No faults after 3 weeks. Previously had a Frigidaire that was problematic for 8 years. Before that a Maytag Ice2O for 6 years that was my favorite until this Samsung.

In all honesty at first i thought the freezer was gonna be small since we are a family of seven and I usually shop for everything at once. But everything fitted perfectly. Everyone’s favorite feature of the fridge is the drink station, my kids love that they can just open the door and get their drinks with out having to be looking for them on the fridge. Also let’s talk about the two types of ice it makes!! It’s just wow! I love that I can know when my kids leave the door open since it has a two minute alarm that rings if the door is left open. As a mother of small children I can tell you one of the best things of the fridge it’s that it is finger print resistant and very easy to clean. Definitely recommend!! I have not yet used the SmartThings app I did connect it but haven’t opened it since The installers left the ideal temperature on. I hope in the future I can change all my appliances to Samsung.

The overall cooling features of this refrigerator are phenomenal as it preserves all the foods and beverages in excellent condition. I also like the smart features of this fridge as I can adjust the temperature settings conveniently online. The way this refrigerator looks beside my kitchen gives a minimalist luxurious tone with handleless features glowing across the living room. I would recommend this refrigerator since it also has a huge storage space with separate compartments provided and evenly spaced out. Another advantage to this refrigerator is easy cleaning and fingerprint-proof. It is a must to own this refrigerator!

It is super easy to install and makes ice quickly! The SmartThings app is great for maintenance notifications like filter life and internal temp. The size of it is perfect for a small family. Lots of storage and I love the beverage center. It does easily scratch however. The dual ice makers are great as well!

I bought this refrigerator and few months later the ice maker stopped working. The technician went 4 times, change the parts and still not working. I need Samsung to replace my refrigerator.
