Not even 3 years and the ice maker and control panels don't work, the self filling water pitcher doesn't fill all the time. They make this type of refrigerators just to last a very short time. So if you are looking for something that is worth your money don't buy a samsung

We have had this refrigerator for 3 months. Both my husband and I say almost every day “ I love this refrigerator!” Best refrigerator we have ever had. It’s perfect. Ice maker even kept up during Christmas for 10 adults. Used the flex section as extra refrigerator space during the holidays. We hated our old Samsung Refrigerator that leaked and loud ice maker. But this one has no flaws. Just buy it. You’ll love it too!

A quick spray of window cleaner on a cloth and it’s perfect; I like it better than stainless. The beverage center is a great feature and my active family uses it constantly. Filtered water and choice of ice size at your fingertips. Veggie bins keep produce fresh. I am very pleased with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tall, stainless steel fridge looked intimidating in the pictures but after seeing it in person, I can assuredly say it’s a nice looking fridge that will match any kitchen style. The odor neutralizing feature was a surprising addition that we never had before. We eat a lot of fermented foods and home-cooked meals daily and this feature DOES work. It’s a small detail about this fridge that makes a big difference. Even after using it for a few weeks, our fridge smells like nothing. I also love that the bottom-right section can be either a fridge or a freezer and can be switched back and forth with a button. Some people don’t need massive freezer space while others might prefer a freezer space separate from the ice maker! Also, I appreciate that this fridge is both spacious and only counter-deep. For shorter people, this is great because you don’t have to grab a stepping stool to grab an item in the back. Also makes it easier to clean. The beverage center is interesting. It’s inside the fridge so you need to open the door (with a small handle on the bottom, very intuitive) to get water. Which is a new design I haven’t seen before. I appreciate that the auto-fill pitcher adds another level of convenience. I haven’t tried infusing anything in the water yet but I’m excited to try it out. I think it’d work well to prepare cold brew tea with it. My dad wanted me to add that our previous fridge was bigger and bulkier. However, our new Samsung fridge has more space despite being smaller. Big plus! Overall, we’ve enjoyed this fridge a lot so far. I’m hoping it lasts a long time because it fulfills the needs of our foodie family and has features you never knew you wanted.

We recently moved to a new place that required us to find a fridge that fit our needs, budget and lifestyle. This checked every box for me and my family. We love the Beverage Center that comes with a built in-water dispenser and a pitcher that automatically refills. The capacity of this fridge is huge! I’m able to do a full grocery store haul and still have left over space for when we get takeout. Also, the bottom right is a “FlexZone” that allows us to pick if we want it to be a fridge or freezer which is awesome. For events, were able to dedicate the whole space to beverages. No more filling up that ice chest with expensive ice. Oh speaking of ice, you have two (2) ice types that have huge trays and a convenient little scoop. The integrated SmartThings App allows me to add food to a list that lets me and my wife know what we have and how long we have it. I’m the worst at making sure food is used or disposed of in a reasonable time so the app keeps me honest. We have a toddle who loves putting their grimy little fingers over everything. Our model has the Fingerprint Resistant model which reduces the ugly smudges that tend to plague other models. This feature is a must for those with little ones. All and all, if you’re in the market, highly check this model out. We love it and have no regrets.

I’ve had so many fridges that my kids scratch or dent and there is no way of fixing it. With this fridge you can just replace the panel with suction cups. (We haven’t had to do this yet) the panels are so much easier to clean then stainless steel.

Too bad we wound up having to return ours, it was too big to fit in the area we were putting it. Too tall. Double check your measurements - including the height! - before committing to it. If they came out with a slightly shorter one (and possibly, very slightly narrower), I would definitely consider it.

First, all the pro's: - The water tastes great out of it, no complaints there. Each filtered fridge is a little different and pleased with this water taste. - I love the beverage center much more than I thought I would. To always have a pitcher of cold water has been great - makes refilling a coffee machine very easy. - I like the no-handle look - it's sleek and it's a little easier to match other appliances that have no handle but might be a different vendor. - It holds a good amount. This replaced another counter-depth and this holds a little more food. The freezer especially I wasn't sure about, but we were able to fit everything in there (using both the left and right as a freezer) we took out of the old one. - The accessories and layout of shelves compliment the fridge well and provide good flexibility to configure it the way you need. The challenges have been: - The finger print resistance is meh - it's easy to clean, but I don't think it resists them much. - Pay close attention to the height - it steps up and the doors are the tallest part. In the picture you can see the project we now have adjusting the cabinet above the fridge. It fit in the hole, but the cabinet doors can't open without hitting the fridge doors. - I still can't connect it to WiFi, it fails on the last step. I see it join my network for a couple seconds, then disconnect. I imagine this is solvable, but it's taking a lot of effort. Overall, very happy with the fridge. The last question will be longevity and hope that it lasts and can ventilate well being built into cabinets.
