This is the first time we’ve ever been able to keep our items organized in the fridge and freezer. Many great features. The only thing I would change is space between shelves to accommodate tall pots/ items .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical that I would use all the functions this fridge claims to have but after using it for a couple days I'm a believer! This fridge has everything, even things you don't even think of. First off--the dual ice maker. It's a game changer. Once side makes cubed ice while the other side makes ice bites so you can choose what works best for you. The water pitcher built in to the fridge is awesome---when you take some water and replace the pitcher, it fills it right back up. It's truly worthy of the title "beverage center" because it has two different ways to get water plus holds a good amount of canned liquids to grab quickly. The one thing I was totally amazed by was the slide-in shelf. Let's say you have a big container of juice or a bog bowl where you made something for a holiday---and it doesn't fit on the bottom shelf. The shelf actually tucks part way into itself so you can fit the item in that spot--it's so simple yet awesome. I will say that I don't think the stainless steel is fingerprint resistant, but that's something I'm ok with as it is easy to clean. The SmartThings app connects seamlessly with the fridge so you can monitor the appliance directly from your phone. Additionally, the bottom right area can be used for either fridge or freezer---the FlexZone area--so you can make it be used for your specific needs. Get this fridge--you won't regret it!

My samsung bespoke refrigerator broke only after 2 years of usage. Diagnosis says compressor kit and main board needs replacement. These are the heart of the refrigerator. I heard the compressor is in back order so no chance this will be fixed anytime soon. The inverter compressor is in 10 year warranty so I hope you give me the attention i need. This is so frustrating , I had so much hope on this ref.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just love the Bespoke Refrigerator from Samsung. This is such an amazing refrigerator it is so spacious and bright inside. I love the ease of accessing certain items from an outside door. And the 4 doors make it much more accessible for older and disabled people. The water pitcher is very helpful for refilling the coffee maker and tea boiler with filtered water. Another great feature for me as an older adult is the freezer doors opening and allowing slide out shelves. Everyone has remarked how sleek and beautiful the fridge is. The open door alarm has saved us many times too! I am thankful to have this in our house!

Doors open and close solidly, the dual ice feature is awesome, and separating the water dispenser from the ice maker is genius - no more leaking

It's sleek exterior makes my kitchen seem bigger, the space inside the fridge section is wonderfully laid out, ensuring that we can see everything clearly and organizing it is a breeze. The only downside I could see, is the freezer space is a little small. We have a chest freezer, though, so it's not a problem at all. We switched the flex temp side to get more fridge space and so our youngest has easy access to her own things. The beverage center and ice capabilities are amazing, too. We love the access there, and the ice fills quickly, which is important for our family of five. The fingerprint proof stainless does leave prints, but they are easily wiped off with a dry towel.

There are a few things I love about the refrigerator and a few things I would change. What we like: -The flex zone, allows you to choose what temperature works best for your household. We have a garage freezer so limited freezer space was not an issue for us. -the beverage zone. I love that it is hidden inside the door. No spillage marks down the front of the fridge. The pitcher is a great touch. -Counter depth. We love that it doesn’t stick out as much and makes the kitchen feel bigger. -Large refrigerator area. For being counter depth, there is plenty of space in the refrigeration area. -The ice bites. Mini ice cubes are perfect to fit in any container you want including water bottles, a great addition. Things I would change: -The Smartthings app. It does not serve a big purpose. The only thing I would use it for would be to change the temp of the flex zone but I can easily do that on the fridge itself. It’s one of those apps that will be the first to go when you need space. -The ice trays. I love the idea of them and the scoop is great but they spill ice every time you try to take some. We have had the refrigerator a few days and I can only imagine how much ice is hiding under the freezer drawer by now. Overall, it’s a great refrigerator. I’m really happy with my purchase and I would recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the Samsung Bespoke Counter Depth 4-Door Flex 23 cu. ft. Refrigerator with Beverage Center (RF23DB9600QLAA). I'd have to say the biggest surprise was how much we use the autofill pitcher from the fridge with the special beverage center door. Filling up my water glass or coffee carafe is so quick now. I did not realize how much of my life I was wasting with the regular filtered dispenser! I do miss the space of my old fridge. The drawers for the fridge are too small for my needs. I like that I can change the bottom right into a fridge, but I need the freezer space! Overall, we like the look of the fridge and the beverage center. Its a game changer.

This is my first Samsung Fridge - my TVs are all Samsung as well as our mobile phones. This Fridge is really cool and elegant and has transformed our kitchen given its very exquisite modern look, the glass panels and the 4 door combo. The Fridge is very technologically advanced and you can control certain features through a mobile App. My favorite in the Fridge ia the automatically refillable water pitcher! This is a very cool innovation that revised the water immediately you put back the pitcher. You no longer have to stand and wait in front of the Fridge for your glass to fill up! The water pitcher also has an internal pouch where you can place lemon, mint leaves or other fruit to get your flavored water at your fingertips!!
