You can actually find what you are looking for without taking everything out. We are loving the water pitcher in the door. Every day we find a new reason to love this refridgerator.

I bought this refrigerator about 8 months ago and we love it! The design makes it relatively easy to keep the refrigerator clean. The ice maker is awesome and the ability to turn the ice on and off keeps it from being out of control and clogging up. My last fridge made like 20 ice cubes at best. This one stores quite a bit. The flex space is also super convenient, but frankly it's the design that keeps it from becoming a unidentified frozen object space.

First, all the pro's: - The water tastes great out of it, no complaints there. Each filtered fridge is a little different and pleased with this water taste. - I love the beverage center much more than I thought I would. To always have a pitcher of cold water has been great - makes refilling a coffee machine very easy. - I like the no-handle look - it's sleek and it's a little easier to match other appliances that have no handle but might be a different vendor. - It holds a good amount. This replaced another counter-depth and this holds a little more food. The freezer especially I wasn't sure about, but we were able to fit everything in there (using both the left and right as a freezer) we took out of the old one. - The accessories and layout of shelves compliment the fridge well and provide good flexibility to configure it the way you need. The challenges have been: - The finger print resistance is meh - it's easy to clean, but I don't think it resists them much. - Pay close attention to the height - it steps up and the doors are the tallest part. In the picture you can see the project we now have adjusting the cabinet above the fridge. It fit in the hole, but the cabinet doors can't open without hitting the fridge doors. - I still can't connect it to WiFi, it fails on the last step. I see it join my network for a couple seconds, then disconnect. I imagine this is solvable, but it's taking a lot of effort. Overall, very happy with the fridge. The last question will be longevity and hope that it lasts and can ventilate well being built into cabinets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with this fridge so far. We have fairly low water pressure to our fridge so the auto fill pitcher has been absolutely amazing. No more waiting for a slow flow, we can let the pitcher fill and not have to wait later. Not needing to open the entire fridge to access the pitcher is also a nice feature. Shelves are all in good locations and leave enough room to fit anything we need in the fridge. The only reason I would rate this a four and not a five is the ice trays. The covers meant to hold the ice scoop ended up being in the way more than they so we removed them. Without the covers less ice slides out the back of the trays, though some is still escaping. Overall not a big deal. Having a scoop for both ice options is worth a little mess at times.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were in need of an upgrade as our 7 year old fridge had been experiencing issues. The Samsung unit fit the bill perfectly. The depth of our kitchen cabinets was shallow and we are so happy with the results after install. The surprise portion of the refrigerator overall was the flex zone. Being able to change the lower right section from a refrigerator for drinks during a party and then back to a freezer after a big shopping trip is fantastic. The filtration system on the water and the beverage system is very welcoming and a built in water pitcher is lovely. The freezer having an ice system with two types of ice is awesome. The smaller pieces it makes for perfectly in smaller water bottles and containers our children use while the larger cubes are great for iced tea and drinks. The Samsung App to control and change settings is a major upgrade from the old refrigerators that had a number system with no idea what temperature your food was being stored at. I’d recommend this fridge to someone looking to upgrade to a truly modern addition to the kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator for just over 2 months and can safely say that it’s the single most well thought out appliance I’ve encountered, and I’m a tough critic. What makes the Bespoke line of refrigerators unique compared to other high end consumer refrigerators is the daily usability of its standout features. Aesthetic – The sleek look of this refrigerator is exactly what I was looking for to complete my modern themed kitchen. I loved my previous Samsung 4 door refrigerator, but the stainless shell just didn’t fit my design, so I was ecstatic when Samsung launched the Bespoke line. The clean look is also extremely practical and easy to keep clean and the handles have hidden touch points so smudges and fingerprints are naturally conceded. Also, the glass panels that I chose are 100% dent resistant (because they’re glass) and should the worst happen, they’re easily replaceable. I really can’t emphasis this enough, it is a beautiful piece of equipment. Layout – My previous refrigerator was a counter depth Samsung 4 door model as well, so I knew what I was getting into with the Bespoke and I knew I would like it. The 4 door design has the advantage of only exposing a small portion of the cooled area at a time. This is especially important for the frozen areas which are two independent compartments. The Bespoke’s upper doors have deep trays, and they allow you to use them for more than just narrow bottles, they can hold larger items like gallons of milk or yogurt tubs. The lower door trays are much shallower (no worries, big enough to hold a pint of Ben and Jerry’s), which gives you deeper trays in the freezer for larger items like a loaf of French bread. These deeper compartments slide out so you can access things that may have been pushed to the back easily. All of these design decisions work together to make this counter depth refrigerator feel much bigger than other designs. Water Station – The autofill water pitcher is a must have feature. Anyone that’s tried to fill water bottles or pots with water using a door mounted refrigerator waterspout knows that it’s a huge pain. The autofill pitcher is there, waiting, always full, fast pouring. I bet I’ve tripled my water intake since getting this just because of how convenient it is to get a glass of cold water. Lighting – This is something you’ll notice when you’re transferring the contents of your old refrigerator or when you’re using someone else’s. The Bespoke refrigerator has a ton of b

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a pretty rad fridge, my brother thinks we live in an episode of “Cribs” now. Dual ice maker and flexible fridge are great as we have a chest freezer in the garage. We got the counter depth version and I’m glad we did. As you can see in the pictures it sticks out just enough to open the doors all the way, and with the large island we need the room there. Love the blue upper and gray lower panels, with the idea that we can change them in a few years if we want.

This by far is the largest refrigerator that I’ve ever owned and I don’t think we can go back to anything smaller. We have dark cabinets and lighter granite countertops, so aesthetically, it’s very pleasing to the eye. It has a sleek and minimalist look and we love it! We have a very large family so we easily buy 5-6 juices and at least 3 gallons of milk. All of which can fit in the refrigerator, with space for much more! With our precious refrigerator, at best, I could get only 1 gallon of milk and maybe 2-3 cartons of juice. I like that I don’t have to re-arrange items so that they can fit. Everything fits effortlessly. Another feature that we love is the beverage center! It has a pitcher that allows you to diffuse tea and other items. The freezer has an option for two types of ice. Larger cubes and smaller cubes. It also comes with a scooper, so that people aren’t digging their hands in it. I think that is super convenient. The side shelving is spacious enough for all our condiments and we still have room left over. I also forgot to mention that it comes with a UV deodorizer. Such a fantastic, hygienic feature that none of our other refrigerators had. I am impressed that the bottom compartments can be used as either a refrigerator or freezer just by adjusting the dials. The only downfall of the refrigerator is that it picks up every single fingerprint, so be prepared with a soft cloth to wipe throughout the day. Especially if you have small kids or teenagers. Overall, it’s a fantastic refrigerator and definitely, money well spent!

The beverage center is so helpful to have. Everyone comments on how beautiful it is and I tell them that it also works great. The 2 kinds of ice is a bonus. Don’t hesitate to buy this! I bought the entire Bespoke set and I love all of it!
