[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very impressed with my BeSpoke refrigerator by Samsung. I was able to customize the exterior look to my personal tastes and to match the style of my kitchen. The exterior also has a very streamlined look so it feels high-end in my option. Both doors can open at the same time for easy access to everything in the refrigerator section, great for large turkeys. The inside is super bright which was a wonderful surprise. The 2 crisper drawers allow for flexible temps depending on storing meats or veggies, keeps them fresh longer. I also love how the water filter is easy to access instead of reach to the bottom of the fridge like my old one. My only mild complaint on the fridge section would be I wish I had more flexibility to raise or lower the shelves inside. The quick access beverage center door is great for all the quick access products like juices, ketchup, etc. I like not having to fully open the doors and let out all the cold air. I was not sure I would like the beverage center water dispenser being behind the quick access door, but I can say I love it now that I have it! In addition the water dispenser I was surprised how much I use the infuser auto fill pitcher. For the freezer and flex freezer/fridge sections on the bottom are great size for all my frozen products. I love the option of turning the one section into a fridge temperature zone, which will be a life saver during the holidays. I am a HUGE fan of the two types of ice options and also the fact the ice is stored in the freezer instead of in the door of the fridge side. My only complaint with the ice is sometimes pieces fall down the back when scoping it out. This fridge has so many custom features which are easy to access via the app or inside the fridge if you wish, which is cool for the tech geek in me. Overall I love this refrigerator and I would buy it again in a heartbeat.

When they delivered this through xpo logistics, we had some issues with them because of their ignorance not knowing how to properly deliver or install this beautiful machine but since then everything has been awesome. It is really spacious and look of it is just incredible and it never gets old. I love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator for just over 2 months and can safely say that it’s the single most well thought out appliance I’ve encountered, and I’m a tough critic. What makes the Bespoke line of refrigerators unique compared to other high end consumer refrigerators is the daily usability of its standout features. Aesthetic – The sleek look of this refrigerator is exactly what I was looking for to complete my modern themed kitchen. I loved my previous Samsung 4 door refrigerator, but the stainless shell just didn’t fit my design, so I was ecstatic when Samsung launched the Bespoke line. The clean look is also extremely practical and easy to keep clean and the handles have hidden touch points so smudges and fingerprints are naturally conceded. Also, the glass panels that I chose are 100% dent resistant (because they’re glass) and should the worst happen, they’re easily replaceable. I really can’t emphasis this enough, it is a beautiful piece of equipment. Layout – My previous refrigerator was a counter depth Samsung 4 door model as well, so I knew what I was getting into with the Bespoke and I knew I would like it. The 4 door design has the advantage of only exposing a small portion of the cooled area at a time. This is especially important for the frozen areas which are two independent compartments. The Bespoke’s upper doors have deep trays, and they allow you to use them for more than just narrow bottles, they can hold larger items like gallons of milk or yogurt tubs. The lower door trays are much shallower (no worries, big enough to hold a pint of Ben and Jerry’s), which gives you deeper trays in the freezer for larger items like a loaf of French bread. These deeper compartments slide out so you can access things that may have been pushed to the back easily. All of these design decisions work together to make this counter depth refrigerator feel much bigger than other designs. Water Station – The autofill water pitcher is a must have feature. Anyone that’s tried to fill water bottles or pots with water using a door mounted refrigerator waterspout knows that it’s a huge pain. The autofill pitcher is there, waiting, always full, fast pouring. I bet I’ve tripled my water intake since getting this just because of how convenient it is to get a glass of cold water. Lighting – This is something you’ll notice when you’re transferring the contents of your old refrigerator or when you’re using someone else’s. The Bespoke refrigerator has a ton of b

I love the drink station, the 4 doors, the space available in the fridge itself, and the 2 ice varieties. It has been trouble free so far and I literally say to myself, "dang, I love this fridge" everything I open it. Sounds wierd but it's true.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed a refrigerator for a home we were moving into and after looking at multiple refrigerators we found the Bespoke from Samsung! Pros are the automatic filling pitcher and the water spout (which is inside the door which we found to be better than it being outside). The ample shelf room and four separate doors make storing foods at different temperatures easy. Their are two separate types of ice (small and large) which are perfect for different of beverages. We love how the refrigerator is also a statement piece for our kitchen! The only con is that sometimes the automatic water pitcher will not refill unless it is giggled in place, but that by no means is a deal breaker!

The modern panels allow for easy changes to compliment your every changing taste! The functionally of the four door flea is unique and user friendly! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve only had our refrigerator for a few days but we are already thoroughly impressed. This by far is the largest refrigerator that I’ve ever owned and I don’t think we can go back to anything smaller. We have dark cabinets and lighter granite countertops, so aesthetically, it’s very pleasing to the eye. It has a sleek and minimalist look and we love it! We have a very large family so we easily buy 5-6 juices and at least 3 gallons of milk. All of which can fit in the refrigerator, with space for much more! With our precious refrigerator, at best, I could get only 1 gallon of milk and maybe 2-3 cartons of juice. I like that I don’t have to re-arrange items so that they can fit. Everything fits effortlessly. Another feature that we love is the beverage center! It has a pitcher that allows you to diffuse tea and other items. The freezer has an option for two types of ice. Larger cubes and smaller cubes. It also comes with a scooper, so that people aren’t digging their hands in it. I think that is super convenient. The side shelving is spacious enough for all our condiments and we still have room left over. I also forgot to mention that it comes with a UV deodorizer. Such a fantastic, hygienic feature that none of our other refrigerators had. I am impressed that the bottom compartments can be used as either a refrigerator or freezer just by adjusting the dials. The only downfall of the refrigerator is that it picks up every single fingerprint, so be prepared with a soft cloth to wipe throughout the day. Especially if you have small kids or teenagers. Overall, it’s a fantastic refrigerator and definitely, money well spent!
