[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the Samsung Bespoke Counter Depth 4-Door Flex 23 cu. ft. Refrigerator with Beverage Center (RF23DB9600QLAA). I'd have to say the biggest surprise was how much we use the autofill pitcher from the fridge with the special beverage center door. Filling up my water glass or coffee carafe is so quick now. I did not realize how much of my life I was wasting with the regular filtered dispenser! I do miss the space of my old fridge. The drawers for the fridge are too small for my needs. I like that I can change the bottom right into a fridge, but I need the freezer space! Overall, we like the look of the fridge and the beverage center. Its a game changer.

All spilt refrigerators with the freezer on the bottom is always such a small put out draw. The 2 door flex has so much storage with shelves on the door. I Love, Love this refrigerator. And the Different colors are amazing. Who knew?

We recently moved to a new place that required us to find a fridge that fit our needs, budget and lifestyle. This checked every box for me and my family. We love the Beverage Center that comes with a built in-water dispenser and a pitcher that automatically refills. The capacity of this fridge is huge! I’m able to do a full grocery store haul and still have left over space for when we get takeout. Also, the bottom right is a “FlexZone” that allows us to pick if we want it to be a fridge or freezer which is awesome. For events, were able to dedicate the whole space to beverages. No more filling up that ice chest with expensive ice. Oh speaking of ice, you have two (2) ice types that have huge trays and a convenient little scoop. The integrated SmartThings App allows me to add food to a list that lets me and my wife know what we have and how long we have it. I’m the worst at making sure food is used or disposed of in a reasonable time so the app keeps me honest. We have a toddle who loves putting their grimy little fingers over everything. Our model has the Fingerprint Resistant model which reduces the ugly smudges that tend to plague other models. This feature is a must for those with little ones. All and all, if you’re in the market, highly check this model out. We love it and have no regrets.

We have had this refrigerator for 3 months. Both my husband and I say almost every day “ I love this refrigerator!” Best refrigerator we have ever had. It’s perfect. Ice maker even kept up during Christmas for 10 adults. Used the flex section as extra refrigerator space during the holidays. We hated our old Samsung Refrigerator that leaked and loud ice maker. But this one has no flaws. Just buy it. You’ll love it too!

With no handles and squared edges and ability to pick colors makes it sleek and helps it to blend with my cabinet colors . Built in beverage center eliminates the need to buy another refrigerator. Inside Water pitcher eliminates the stains of water leaks. I absolutely admire the design of Bespoke and would definitely recommend . But be mindful of the height of the fridge and do measure before buying .

But more importantly, it backs that aesthetic with cutting edge technology and functionality. First and foremost it is stunning, and every guest instantly focuses on it and falls in love. It gives you a chance to decorate your kitchen with different color accents and contrasts greatly with the surgical steel that has taken over kitchens everywhere. The gloss finnish is clean cut and does not highlight fingerprints. The spacious 23cu ft hold a ton of food and beverages and nearly all shelves are customizable to fit how you like to organize your fridge. The bottom panels can both be freezer or you can elect to make the right one a standard fridge temperature. The dual ice cubes is a great addition. The top left panel hides a beverage center complete with a self refilling pitcher that has a center space to place fruit or other water flavoring. The smart fridge can be adjusted with an inside panel or via your Samsung smart things app. It is very intuitive to use and you can monitor your temperature settings and even change ice maker settings, or change from fridge to freezer on the app. This is a huge fridge and Samsung did a good job of efficiently packing in as much storage space as possible into the maximum allowed dimensions. You will have ample room for all your food storage needs. The outside panels, while expensive, can be individually purchased to change the aesthetic whenever you want. As you can see in my picture, you can also be as creative as you want to set different tones in your kitchen. It is incredibly captivating. I am 100% happy with this appliance that not only serves as a means to store your food but also as a way to decorate and a form of expression. Samsung really knocked this out of the park. Don't hesitate to evolve what you think a fridge should look like and step into the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wonderful Bespoke Refrigerator from Samsung Smart Things app connectivity was a breeze to do. Just scanned the QR code and everything was connected through WiFi and could easily control the Flex Zone settings and other settings. Controlling this beast with this technology was amazing. Beverage center is a perfect place for quality and filtered water. Product worked like a diamond. After few pitchers, the water was pristine to drink. Auto-fill pitcher is another great technology to keep the bottle filled every time and this is an amazing addition to my home. This reduces the time to wait for the water to be filled and it is readily available. Ice Maker did its magic in delivering 2 varieties of ice. Moving from a standard one to 4 door gave us plenty of room to keep things refrigerated. And Flex Zone is a plus when i don't need more items to froze. Counter depth was perfect to the kitchen as it didn't take any extra space. The stainless steel is amazing.. and it looks like a mirror... Upgrading from the app was great and it worked fine. Overall a best class Refrigerator from Samsung.

There is ample space for food in both the fridge and freezer section. The best part of this is the nugget ice. I love ice and it is now my favorite.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this refrigerator for well over a year now and I have to say it's incredible......the temperatures stay steady, the interior layout is very user friendly and the beverage center is awesome. I've never run out ice, and I'm a real fan of the flex section that can be used as a refrigerator or a freezer......and it works! Being able to change out the door panels would allow for matching the appliance to any kitchen make over that may take place. I could go on forever regarding how incredible this refrigerator is, or, I could just say it's a Samsung....that says quite a bit right there. I know it will last! This is my third Samsung refrigerator....I've never had a problem with any of them, I've just upgraded to newer models with more features. Istill use my first one in my basement as an 'extra'. It still performs like it did the day I bught it. Every major appliance in my home is a Samsung, and I'm pleased with all of them.

Love the design and layout of unit. The ice makers however are awful. The constantly dispense broken ice, cubes and bites - we have removed, defrosted, cleaned and reset multiple times. Issue keeps occurring. The water tubes to the trays are not iced over and are clear - water sometimes spills out of trays and then ices up the drawer and trays. Super frustrating design and to deal with.
