[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My whole family seems to really like this refrigerator. I never knew what an important part of our house this product was until we changed what we had! I’ll go step by step with pros and cons based off my/our opinion on this! SmartThings App : I am the only one in the house with the app. It is easy to use and convenient if you need to change the flex zone or lighting/ice options. I was able to adjust what time I’d like the lighting to be dimmed at night when opening the fridge, which I think is a nice feature. Another considerate option is to not make ice at night, which isn’t very loud anyways but, I turned it on because it seems to make too much ice that the tray gets too full. You don’t need the app to change the flex zone, so in general it’s not really needed. I have young children and they like to leave our fridge open for longer than it should be and the app alerts me if this is done and also alerts me if the door is closed. The door app I’m not sure if I’d rate as a pro or con but mostly pro I suppose so it’s never accidentally left open! Capacity: Overall I have no complaint about capacity. Pro is the Flexzone’s ability to not just be a freezer. My toddler wouldn’t be able to reach the top fridge so we turned that into his own “baby fridge”. So for him this was world changing to have his own little fridge to himself. For me I’ll just change it back to a freezer if needed. Beverage Center : I think the beverage center is so snazzy and helpful! It enhances the capacity to hold more and provides more options! Dual Ice Maker : So this is more of a pro, I love that there’s two kinds of ice and ice bits are great. It does get overly full and when you scoop it out, it tends to fall in the back which a con. This should be able to be adjusted to make less ice. I don’t even want to know how much ice has already fallen behind it. Fingerprint resistant stainless: My real only con on this fridge. By having little ones this happens often. So it does sort of have less fingerprint marks but they still are prevalent. I’m hoping if we change the door panels to a different color this might be a better option. The fridge does clean up easy enough though. This isn’t a big enough deal to not recommend. A big pro in my eyes and something noticeable about this fridge is how it doesn’t have door handles, I believe that makes it look so sleek and modern. Overall love this

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung fridge is the perfect size for a couple. We love the elegance and simplicity of it!! It is super easy to install and makes ice quickly! The SmartThings app is great for maintenance notifications like filter life and internal temp. The size of it is perfect for a small family. Lots of storage and I love the beverage center. It does easily scratch however. The dual ice makers are great as well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this fridge for just over 6 months now after we moved into our new home. The design is beautiful. I saw it in a Korean drama last year, I wanted it so bad. The beverage center is my favorite. The adjustable shelves are very helpful and roomy. Many colors to pick from, the glass panels are easy to clean and look great. The double freezers are perfect for my needs; one side keeps all ice cubes and eye masks, the other side keeps all frozen foods and pizza. Plus, shipping company did a good job to set it up for me and took away the old fridge. I have no complaints. You won't be disappointed.

Some of my favorite things: - Flex Zone option: I absolutely love that the bottom right section can be a freezer or a fridge. It is the perfect place to for a beverage fridge! - LOVE the different ice options! The ice bits (nugget ice) it the best and the feature works so well. - Having the inner door water pitcher and water dispenser is perfect. You don't have to see it but it is there when you need it. - There is so much space in the refrigerator and the shelves in the doors are amazing. They hold so much. - I love connectivity! Getting a notification from the app on my phone that a door has been left open is incredibly helpful when you have two small kids. - AND... NO FINGERPRINTS! Those tiny little kids hands always touching everything don't even leave a mark!! This has been a great purchase!!

Last fridge broke so I had to replace and I am so happy with our new bespoke flex! I was worried about space but it’s so well designed I feel like we have more space not less! The beverage center is awesome!! And I wasn’t sure about the flex space but we’ve used it both as a beverage fridge and a freezer and I am loving the flexibility to meet our needs whatever the day or necessity. Only complaint is the ice trays seems to lose ice out of the back and slip down into the freezer but it’s a minor inconvenience. Also had to replace the water line with copper as the new plastic one that was installed had the water and ice tasting/smelling like plastic but it was a relatively easy fix. Would recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the handle-less face of this fridge. I purchased both the stainless steel panels and white panels. The white is not obnoxiously bright. Really fun to be able to change the vibe in the kitchen by swapping panels. The fridge once it has come to temp is whisper quiet. Was concerned about that at first, but after 48 hours, it never made a sound again. Spacious, bright interior. Love the soft freeze option for the flex zone to have the ability to not put all items into a deep freeze. The autofill water pitcher and beverage center is the cherry on top. Very happy thus far.

Bought this 4 door flex unit and have had nothing but issues with the ice maker. Constantly have to clean out lower drawer that gets ice all inside of it. It continually builds a wall of ice in the rear corner of the ice tray preventing any new ice from back filling what we use. We essentially have to yank the drawer out to shift any ice from the rear to the front and chop out any formed ice wall in the back. For such an expensive fridge, this ice maker is horrible!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The four door refrigerator has a sleek look and works well in our relatively new kitchen. I don’t like that fingerprints show very easily and I find I have to clean the doors much more frequently than I’d like. While you gain in aesthetics by not having door handles, you lose the ability to open and close a door without having to touch and dirty the actual doors. I particularly love the freezer. The ability to open just one side is nice. I was not aware that the flex zone could be converted to additional refrigerator space. I haven’t used it yet but look to trying it. The multiple pull out shelves and additional door bins make it very easy to organize frozen items. The refrigerator is spacious. The door bins are extra deep and can accommodate multiple half gallon milk cartons and/or bottles of juice. I do miss having the extra cold cut drawer that I had in my last refrigerator but am learning to work with the new space. The beverage center is nice and the built in pitcher is very convenient. I frequently open the beverage center door when I am trying to open the full door but expect I will get used to it with time. Overall, I think we will be very happy with this refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have been enjoying our Bespoke 4-Door Flex fridge for 4 months now. Beautiful inside and out. Awesome storage organization. Beverage center kills ugly front mount water and ice service. The ability to establish two bottom cabinets for either fridge or freeze is a grand slam feature. Anyone complaining about the fingerprint “free” stainless has never had not treated stainless. Wipe and be done. No stainless cleaner or surface wipe with oil. Only four stars for the three or four times that the water pitcher took hours instead of seconds to refill.

It's perfect for our family of 7 and the kids are able to use the water pitcher and get ice with ease. The pitcher itself at times fails to refill and some wiggling makes it work again... Over all just happy to have the ice in the freezer portion and the water dispenser in the fridge portion. I'm hoping this causes less failures over time which is common with fridges.
