My dryer only worked for about 1 day before the drum stopped spinning. The digital display continues to count down as if the device is running, but nothing is happening. I have since spent time every day for the last week working with Samsung support trying to get a replacement. I still don't have that scheduled after many calls.

My new go-to settings is the Super Speed mode. Let me tell you that not only I am saving electricity but also a lot of time. When a load is done, I get an alert on my phone and on My Samsung TV. Just buy it!!

During the initial setup found dryer got damaged but it was replaced just within few days and works like a charm. This product is so amazing that it drys our cloths within no time. The lint trap is very sturdy and collects an unbelievable amount of lint during every load! No more lint left on clothes for sure! The multiple options of settings is really nice. I like having a towels option and the ability to choose the level of dryness!

It has a very large capacity, and can dry my entire Queen bedding set (comforter included) in less than 45 minutes. No other dryer around can do that! 10 outta 10 stars here!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this washer! It looks classy and futuristic (and has all the tech to back it up). It’s quiet and easy to wash a lot of clothes at once. There are a lot of different built in settings, but I usually customize all the settings, which is awesome that there’s so much control. The machine has an adorable jingle that plays when it finishes, and it can also notify you on its app. It’s a great washer, especially for the price. My favorite part is that it’s huge, so I can wash all my clothes at once.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have this drye installed about two weeks ago. It seems solid and can take a good load amount of ckothes. Big loads of clothes do not seem to be an issue as they come out dry. I really like the look and also it connects to your phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to upgrade to a newer model after my old Samsung had to go. Honestly, I miss my old one competed to the new. The AI technology should make it easier but clothes often come out damp. If you use a manual cycle, they come out too dry and difficult to iron. Beware that this model comes with a defect. Once installed, test for the rumbling noise. If doesn’t sound right, you need to call Samsung for replacement. They are relatively prompt with this, but it wasn’t a pleasant experience when you are expecting a new dryer fully functional from a brand like Samsung.
