This is my 3 year review with this dryer. How do I best put this? It gets the job done okay. Forget about using all the other modes, the mode you will only use is ***time dry*** The automatic dry sensor sucks horribly. Your clothes are not dry when you put it on normal. It's supposed to automatically stop drying your clothes when “dry” to save power consumption. In reality it stops when the clothes are still wet. If you're reading this now don't even bother with the washing machine.

i purchased this dryer with high expectations. but when we powered on the dryer in "normal" mode with only 1/4th load of clothes, we hear grinding noise every few seconds. this is so annoying. i also had a video chat with samsung technical team and they accepted it was a real issue. so far i had multiple replacements and all of them have same issue. i even requested them to test it before shipping. i totally agree with the other reviewer who was complaining about the noise issue. see the attached picture and video

We purchased these brand new in June 2023. They must program these machines to wear out right after the warranty expires. In January 2026 the washer would no longer start. To have the part replaced would cost about as much as what we paid for this item. I cannot recommend a Samsung washer less than I do this one. Extremely disappointed that this is the outcome. DO NOT BUY THIS WASHER.
