[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was looking for a Dryer that has smart capabilities to complement our Smart Washer. Love the AI Dryer settings, especially for when my son doesn't know what setting what to do. Pretty much use the AI drying setting as a set it and forget it feature. My wife loves the delicate cycles for her undergarments. She also Vibration Reduction Technology that reduces noise and vibrations, as my son can sleep through it at night. The best feature overall is smartphone notification with SmartThings. Ultimately, love how you can preset the setting on my Samsung Phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The AI Optimal Dry does a fantastic job! It's what I use 99% of the time because of it's efficiency. It leaves my clothes feel soft and completely dry. Never that slightly damp feeling. The capacity is just fantastic. It dries a king size comforter with ease. I haven't tried all of the different settings but so far, I LOVE this dryer. I have it connected to the washer, stacked and they work seamlessly together.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used for couple times and lights broke off inside the machine. Good customer service fixed it within a month. Machine stops with some clothes still have moisture. Tried different setting to make them complete dry but still the machine stops due to moisture sensor. Placed few drying ball and now it is much better. Hoping Samsung to develop and provide drying ball with the machine OR optimize/calibrate moisture sensor.

this dryer is great! the color and style are very beautiful, sleek, and modern. the navy blue is a deep and subtle color that i think would work in most homes. the dryer also has a ton of smart features, and the controls and menu are super easy to use. the ai cycle is especially useful - it's the only cycle i ever have to run, and i don't have to worry about adjusting settings. the dryer also connects to samsung's app, which is more handy than i expected - the app will notify you when your laundry is dry, and you can adjust any settings directly form the app. it's also super high capacity, and fits heavy loads or large bedding. i am loving this dryer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This set pairs well with my other Bespoke items. I love how large the capacity is and how smooth it runs its cycle. No hassle so far. Everything is perfect and the 20 year warranty sweetens the deal even more. Looks modern and exactly what we wanted!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first got this dryer I was confused on the settings because I would set it for a cycle but it would stop before it was finished. I realized I had the AI learning setting on and it was ending it at the recommended AI time. It hasn’t had enough time to learn the cycles I use so I turned it off for now. So in case you have the same issue you know how to resolve it. Other than that I love the dryer. It does dry fast and it has so many different dryer settings to choose from. Once I have used it for some time and it’s had time to learn my usage I will turn on the AI setting again. The thing I love the most is the lint tray is enclosed. So when you pull it out all of the line is contained inside the lint compartment. You have to open it up to remove the lint. This makes it so easy to clean the lint and keeps it contained.
