[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this dryer about 6 weeks ago and it has lived up to all expectations. It is very spacious in the loading area therefore I do not need to run several drying cycles to finish my laundry. On top of that there are so many more functions on this dryer than my previous which allows my laundry to come out always dry and wrinkle free. One of my favorite functions is that it has a steam function where I can throw a wrinkled shirt in for 5-10 minutes and it comes out looking like new. In addition to its multi-use functionality and efficiency it is also incredibly quite so I can run a load prior to going to bed and the noise has not been an issue. Looking forward to seeing how this dryer will perform over the next several months and years!

I absolutely LOVE my new bespoke washer and dryer. I love the fact u don't have to put detergent in every time. Having an auto dispense based on your soil level selection, is perfect! We have a bespoke refrigerator too. It's awesome to be able to switch up the color of your fridge by just switching out the panels. If you're in market for a new washer dryer set, these are the ones. Super emegery efficient and time efficient as well. Thank you samsung!

For those short on time, the Super Speed Dry option can dry a full load in under 30 minutes, though it may leave items a bit wrinkled. While efficient, the multitude of cycles and smart features come at a premium price that may not be justifiable for all households. With its brushed black finish, ample capacity, and tech-forward capabilities, this Bespoke gas dryer is an attractive yet pricey choice for the style- and performance-conscious laundry room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Compared to the high end dryer that this Samsung replaced the Samsung wins hands down. The settings available can be customized to almost any fabric. I found this especially important when I’m drying items that could shrink if the temperature is not precise. Also, this is the first dryer I have owned that has steam dry. The steam feature helps since I’m adverse to ironing. Almost everything comes out ready to hang or wear. There is even a provided accessory to allow for flat drying delicate items. Controls are mostly hidden until needed which adds to the very clean and modern design. I chose the brushed dark blue stainless finish and am pleased with the design punch it gives to a pretty standard laundry room. The matching pedestal raises the front-loading dryer for easier loading/unloading of clothes. The pedestal also proved extra storage. Be sure to measure carefully to ensure that the raised unit will fit if you have cabinets over the dryer. All in all this is a smart choice.

My dryer only worked for about 1 day before the drum stopped spinning. The digital display continues to count down as if the device is running, but nothing is happening. I have since spent time every day for the last week working with Samsung support trying to get a replacement. I still don't have that scheduled after many calls.

Day 1 - contacted customer service because dryer never completely dries clothes. Followed their suggestions and troubleshooting steps. Very annoying to have to manually turn off eco mode for every cycle. Several months later, I still have not had a full cycle complete without having to run a manual time cycle to completely dry my clothes. Like the dryer sensor doesn’t detect damp clothes. Love the size and the matching washer is great.

It dries my clothes in as little as 15 min. It runs quietly compared to my previous dryer. It alerts my phone and TVs when laundry is done. I do not have to keep going back and forth to see if it’s done, that gives me time to do other tasks. It is such a joy to do laundry and explore new features every time

It dries quickly and the smart Things sync for added notification is great. I currently only use the AI setting which is awsome.
