[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this appliance for almost 2 years and have not had any issues. I am not sure why many review's overall product ratings include the performance of the 3rd party installation team Samsung uses. This is the appliance being reviewed not the service provided by a company. Yes, of course like everyone else I had my handful of issues from the company such as: marking my delivery complete after realizing they lost my appliance in their warehouse, refusing to install the hose assembly to my home's water line, refusing to provide or give me the exhaust kit included in the dryer installation kit for all dryer installations, to mounting the pedestals with the Styrofoam packaging left between the two items resulting in violent shaking and causing my full laundry detergent container to fall over and break onto the floor/wall and under my appliances, and lastly having 3 separate return appointments to correct these issues properly. Honestly after using the LG smart Washer & Dryer, I really appreciate not having many of the growing pains those appliances gave me. I love the clean, unique, and minimal look instead of the large, rounded, and bulky design many company's go for. As with all appliances, read up on best uses and maintenance sections of your instruction manual and you will prevent many of the premature issues other reviewer's are mentioning. Also read up on all the cycles offered, you'll be pleasantly surprised what you can use these appliance for :)! I added a cabinet system around the two appliance to cover the entire wall, and it looks so clean with the straight flat look.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just like the washer, this dryer looks stylish, the drum is so big that i can easier dry my large garments, I love how it has so many settings to choose from. My clothes come out nice and dry and fluffy, there is no noise, just like the washer, I can barely hear the machine is running. Very happy with this product and i highly recommend it!

I've had the new unit for 3 weeks. From day 1, it's had a very loud ticking noise on spin cycle. Had Service Tech out twice now and they can't find anything with it. The Tech left today and didn't hear anything. Right after he left - horrible, loud ticking again through several loads. I made a video of the noise and submitted it. We'll see what happens

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gone are the days of ugly appliances that are/were an eye sore. In today's world, your home appliances should look as amazing as they work, and that is what Samsung has done. Without a doubt, this dryer is sleekest out right now. The smart dial is super intuitive. The capacity is huge. The steam cleaning has saved us from dry cleaning every week as well. One of the biggest features for me was the automatic vent monitoring. Having dealt with a dryer fire in the past that left 1/4 of the house damaged, this will quite literally be a life saver. The smart features are amazing! Being able to remote start a load of luandry during off peak hours during the summers is a god send. Not to mention the sensor dry so we're not running the dryer for 2 hours when it only needed 30 minutes. Overall 10/10 we are happy and excited about doing laundry again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this dryer for our new renovation and wanted something that would look great and had the stackable feature. I am very happy with how it looks. Runs quiet and most of all fits our space perfectly.

Bought this dryer (as part of a combo purchase with the washer) during the labor day 2023 sales events with great expectation; i am testing it today - Sept 10th with a few clothes. I was jolted by the sudden and totally unexpected noise from the "Vent System Test"; no where was it stated in the manual to expect this noise. My hope and expectation have been completely dashed by the vibration, the squealing /grinding/deafening noise coming from this device. Noise was audible from all the adjoining rooms to the laundry room. This can't be normal, I am disappointed and I don't recommend this product.

Digital Control panel adds a lot of extra steps to drying clothes. First, you have to turn it on by holding start arrow several seconds, then you have to dial through the various modes (there are a lot), then you have to push and hold start. If you want "wrinkle prevent", (which you do, as most loads end up wrinkled without it) you have to then hold the options button several seconds, and then rotate through to wrinkle prevent option, then click OK. This is PER load, you cannot set the wrinkle prevent to run every load. With my old dryer I just threw the clothes in, my settings were always set to sensor dry and wrinkle prevent, and pushed start, one button! Also, at least 50 % of my loads are not completely dry, so either the sensor dry not working correctly, or I haven't figured something out. I do love the brushed navy color and the style.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this dryer about 6 weeks ago and it has lived up to all expectations. It is very spacious in the loading area therefore I do not need to run several drying cycles to finish my laundry. On top of that there are so many more functions on this dryer than my previous which allows my laundry to come out always dry and wrinkle free. One of my favorite functions is that it has a steam function where I can throw a wrinkled shirt in for 5-10 minutes and it comes out looking like new. In addition to its multi-use functionality and efficiency it is also incredibly quite so I can run a load prior to going to bed and the noise has not been an issue. Looking forward to seeing how this dryer will perform over the next several months and years!

With its brushed black finish, ample capacity, and tech-forward capabilities, this Bespoke gas dryer is an attractive yet pricey choice for the style- and performance-conscious laundry room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to upgrade to a newer model after my old Samsung had to go. Honestly, I miss my old one competed to the new. The AI technology should make it easier but clothes often come out damp. If you use a manual cycle, they come out too dry and difficult to iron. Beware that this model comes with a defect. Once installed, test for the rumbling noise. If doesn’t sound right, you need to call Samsung for replacement. They are relatively prompt with this, but it wasn’t a pleasant experience when you are expecting a new dryer fully functional from a brand like Samsung.
