I love my new Samsung Bespoke 7.6 cu.ft Dryer. The vent sensor is great feature to have. Also the steam sanitize, you know the clothing is truly clean dry. I like the AI feature and how I can control the washer and dryer from my Iphone. I 100% recommend the Samsung Bespoke 7.6 cu.ft Dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer is great, it is very quiet, and the drying cycles are simple but yet has many functions available for different types of clothes. My clothes come out soft, and nice. I like how the drum is big, for a family of 5 am able to do my laundry in 2 loads before i had to 4 loads in my previous dryer. I enjoy how my pillow / comforter and sheets come out. Soft and Fluffy. The vibration reduction technology is amazing. i would highly recommend this product.

The dryer does not work. It's incredibly poor design . The default setting is eco friendly. Each time you wash you have to change it or you can doubl the time you dry your load. In addition you can't mix items , you have to sort your laundry to make sure all items are the same size or the dryer will sense the little thing and stop. IF you like damp clothes an endless dryer cycle s and inconvenience , buy this dryer.

The capacity is very large (easily fit king comforter) and the sensor dry feature works awesome to where the cycle ends when it is detected to be completely dry. The display also remembers your previous setting used for each cycle and sets to that so less work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our household goes through a lot of laundry, so having a dryer that quickly dries not only saves us on time, but also saves on cost, especially when we can delay or use the mobile app to monitor, we try our best to not use as much electricity during flex hours. The fun part of this dryer is the music notifying when the dryer is done. I would tend to forget about laundry and it would end up sitting in the dryer for too long and everything would be wrinkled, this is not the case now that I can clearly hear when the laundry is done. And also with the large capacity, it doesn't seem like clothes are as wrinkled as with previous dryers we have had. The lint container is also surprisingly very easy to clean, other dryers seems to stick, that I feel like it never got clean, which I know can be a fire hazard. Highly recommend this dryer and our is easily becoming a full-fledge Samsung Smart Home!

In today's world, your home appliances should look as amazing as they work, and that is what Samsung has done. Without a doubt, this dryer is sleekest out right now. The smart dial is super intuitive. The capacity is huge. The steam cleaning has saved us from dry cleaning every week as well. One of the biggest features for me was the automatic vent monitoring. Having dealt with a dryer fire in the past that left 1/4 of the house damaged, this will quite literally be a life saver. The smart features are amazing! Being able to remote start a load of luandry during off peak hours during the summers is a god send. Not to mention the sensor dry so we're not running the dryer for 2 hours when it only needed 30 minutes. Overall 10/10 we are happy and excited about doing laundry again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had Samsung washers over 10 years. My previous one was coming close to 10 so had to change. I was still pleased with her bit heating element was going out too frequently and got tired of it. Otherwise, it was still functional. This new AI model looks very modern, but doesn’t dry as thoroughly as previous model. I used to dry in about 40 min. Now to get the same results, I have to run a full cycle for one full hour. The lint basket needs to be cleaned out before every cycle (has an alarm you need to clear). It kind of annoying if you ran something super light that you know you don’t need to but you have to go though the steps. It also had a strange noise as some parts are rubbing against each other when I got it. I thought I had to call the tech, but it got better. Not to mention that the original order came defective as a known issue. Samsung readily replaced it, but I never thought Samsung would damage its name with this level of service. I think all defective or potentially defective items should be inspect I’ve before went to the customer.

I am not sure why many review's overall product ratings include the performance of the 3rd party installation team Samsung uses. This is the appliance being reviewed not the service provided by a company. Yes, of course like everyone else I had my handful of issues from the company such as: marking my delivery complete after realizing they lost my appliance in their warehouse, refusing to install the hose assembly to my home's water line, refusing to provide or give me the exhaust kit included in the dryer installation kit for all dryer installations, to mounting the pedestals with the Styrofoam packaging left between the two items resulting in violent shaking and causing my full laundry detergent container to fall over and break onto the floor/wall and under my appliances, and lastly having 3 separate return appointments to correct these issues properly. Honestly after using the LG smart Washer & Dryer, I really appreciate not having many of the growing pains those appliances gave me. I love the clean, unique, and minimal look instead of the large, rounded, and bulky design many company's go for. As with all appliances, read up on best uses and maintenance sections of your instruction manual and you will prevent many of the premature issues other reviewer's are mentioning. Also read up on all the cycles offered, you'll be pleasantly surprised what you can use these appliance for :)! I added a cabinet system around the two appliance to cover the entire wall, and it looks so clean with the straight flat look.
