[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit is top notch. The silver steel stands out and it is a breeze to clean. It is much quieter than my previous dryer. The dryer doesn’t rumble like a bag of rocks are in there during any cycle, you can hardly hear the dryer is on. The dryer rack is also a huge plus since you can place shoes on there and run a cycle without destroying the drum or the shoes. The lint collector is the most effective I’ve seen ensuring most of the lint gets caught in the screen and not having to worry about a fire hazard. The units both have beautiful displays that are bright and easy to read. I enjoy using the Smart Things App, this allows me to select cycles and times on my machine from the comfort of my couch. I ended up purchasing a pedestal to raise the level of the door only because I have back issues. Love this machine and I highly recommend this dryer if you’re looking for a new one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical of how easy to use this unit would be without the multitude of dials and buttons on a typical dryer but I found that the smart dial and selector not only provides just as many options as the standard dryer configuration but provides more. With the number of added settings that can be added through the options menu, the ease of configuration with the SmartThings app, and the AI sense feeding it data from the washing machine, it has made the laundry simpler. This device has made laundry much simpler and faster. This has also one of the best lint traps I have come across. Much cleaner and hygenic that I've seen on a typical dryer.

After almost two years the dryer doesn't stop spinning. Even after I turn it off, when I close the door it spins even dough it is off. We tried cleaning the vents, resetting the circuit and nothing works. Videos on you tube show how to fix it but I feel like this should not happen. The comments in the video say that many people have problems like mine and some of the comments are dated 7 years back. So how come Samsung doesn't fix this problem for 7 years? They invest in Smart things , functions such as starting your circle remotely but what we need is just working dryer. If I can't turn it in/off and it keeps spinning all this functions are USLESS .

The dryer does not work. It's incredibly poor design . The default setting is eco friendly. Each time you wash you have to change it or you can doubl the time you dry your load. In addition you can't mix items , you have to sort your laundry to make sure all items are the same size or the dryer will sense the little thing and stop. IF you like damp clothes an endless dryer cycle s and inconvenience , buy this dryer.

The capacity is very large (easily fit king comforter) and the sensor dry feature works awesome to where the cycle ends when it is detected to be completely dry. The display also remembers your previous setting used for each cycle and sets to that so less work.

My clothes come out soft, and nice. I like how the drum is big, for a family of 5 am able to do my laundry in 2 loads before i had to 4 loads in my previous dryer. I enjoy how my pillow / comforter and sheets come out. Soft and Fluffy. The vibration reduction technology is amazing. i would highly recommend this product.

I love my new Samsung Bespoke 7.6 cu.ft Dryer. The vent sensor is great feature to have. Also the steam sanitize, you know the clothing is truly clean dry. I like the AI feature and how I can control the washer and dryer from my Iphone. I 100% recommend the Samsung Bespoke 7.6 cu.ft Dryer.

The Al Optimal Dry setting is their best feature it detect the dampness of your laundry and it automatically selects the right dry cycle and temperature setting! It can easily dry a king comforter in a quick amount of time. There are multiple settings for all types of clothing material, even settings just for wool, denim, outdoor clothing and activewear. How cool is that! The steam function is great and is so helpful in getting rid of wrinkles. There is also an included dryer rack for shoes or single items. I love using the SmartThings app to monitor the dryer time plus it let’s me know when the clothes are done. This Samsung Bespoke dryer is so quiet when operating and it plays a cute jingle when the load is done.
