Having trouble figuring out the best settings for everything, and exactly what the Ai does, but it dries the clothes well - albeit not very quickly. We're just getting to know each other, but I'm confident we'll be longtime friends

The AI is bad. Clothes are never dry because the AI stops the dryer prematurely. Even when I set a 1-hour cycle, it stops in the middle and I get a message saying the laundry is done. I either need to air dry the clothes or restart the cycle. DO NOT BUY THIS.

We also recommend looking into Samsung TV’s as the Smart Things app connects all things Samsung. When the washer and dryer cycles are complete we get a notification on our television which is helpful since we live in a three-story townhouse.

The steam cycle is awesome, 5 minutes and clothes are refreshed, wrinkle free. The washer talks to the dryer with recommended setting. WiFi connection send you a notification when it's done and you can send washer settings via your phone if you want. It's a very modern setup. We have ours stacked and together with the stacking kit it looks like one unit.

There are a number of different drying settings on it so you can choose the right settings for the clothes you are drying. I tried a few and they all seem to work really well. I havent had to turn it back on after completing a load because it was wet. Everything comes out warm and dry. The wifi alert that lets you know when it is done is a huge help too. My washer and dryer are upstairs near the bedrooms, and i cant always hear what is going on up there when i am downstairs. The wifi alerts let me know when the load is complete without having to keep checking on it. I really appreciate that.

The controls are a little confusing if you are accustomed to non-digital knobs and buttons on a dryer, but it's a great user experience once you get the hang of it. Connecting it to wifi is also a simple task and I appreciate getting notifications to my phone on when my clothes are done drying! A great product at a great price.

It dries quickly and the smart Things sync for added notification is great. I currently only use the AI setting which is awsome.

This is the first time I purchased a dyer that wasn’t a whirlpool or Maytag. So this is a very risky high end purchase BUT I have no complaints so far. I hope it still has the same lifetime as the others. Only time will tell on that issue, other than that I am loving it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently received our new Samsung bespoke washer and dryer(WF53BB8700ATUS ). Their simple and clean looks can be deceiving because they are packed with so many features including integrated Wi-Fi and smart things smart home compatibility. WASHER: We immediately put them to the test with a full of dirty clothes and have to say they cleaned much better even using the basic setting then our older top loading washer. They’re quiet with low vibration and we’re comparing them to another set of Samsung we have from about four years ago, which are great but these take it to a new level. At first, you don’t see anything but a large dial control but as soon as it turns on the whole panel has the buttons hidden behind it the flat face and you can make any selection you can imagine. If I had one thing to change it would be the fact that I’m 6 foot two and when you’re standing close to the washer and dryer in a small room you have to bend down to see the controls, not a problem for my 5 foot tall wife however. of course I can get around all that by using the app to make my selections and then all I have to do is push the start button on the unit itself.
