I purchased this when it launched and overall very happy with the drying performance and time saved with the sensor dry that automatically senses the dampness of the load and ends cycle when no moisture is detected. The capacity is very large and easily accommodates king comforter.

And the hookup to smart things makes it really easy to check in on a laundry load or restart the machine or customize settings and see data on my usage. The bespoke look is perfect for my new house and matches my bespoke fridge as well.

We have only used the steamer feature once but seemed to work well - it's a nice option to have! It was easy to set up and is intuitive to use. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Samsung Bespoke washer and dryer (electric) in December 2022 and have loved it ever since. It is sleek beautiful and a modern (timeless) black color. Since we also moved into our new home at the same time, we have received tons of compliments from all our friends and family who came to our new house warming party. We also bought the pedestals which have been an awesome decision. It makes storage so much easier. Additionally it makes the front load door at a reasonably eight and I dont have to bend much. We also installed the app that goes with this and it is so cool coz it tells us how long is the cycle going to run, what is the electricity consumption, etc. Loving it ! Ah... one last thing - it comes with a rack for the shoes which has been a huge plus given we have kids in school.

Until this thing gets figured out its a one star for me. Most all my clothes come out still damp. It doesn't matter what cycle it's on. I can turn heat all the way up and dryness both to 5 and, press start, 2-4 minutes later the time goes from 116 min to 4! Then it's in some stupid as cool mode. Clothes stop and guess what? They are still damp. AND if you are a person that likes hot towels out the dryer for your shower, forget about it! Nothing, absolutely nothing no matter what the setting is at, your towels will not nice and warm.

We traded in our 10+ year old machines for this washer & dryer by Samsung. I have never been more excited to do laundry. We'll be using the stackable feature to save space, but I'm even more impressed with the speed, power & room of these machines. The washer is big enough to handle a 5x7 area rug, and the drier can quickly tackle any size load of towels or saturated garments. I'm so impressed with these two units that I'm thinking of looking to Samsung for all of my appliance replacements. 10/10 would recommend to anyone that asks

It also has a Steam setting so no more wrinkled clothes. The Smart Things app connects your phone to the Washer and Dryer and gives you the ability to control them from your phone. You are also notified on your phone or TV that a load has finished washing or drying which is really handy. This is a great dryet.

I wasn't sure how the navy set would look in our house at first, so I was overjoyed when it showed up. Although I've never called a washer and dryer lovely, it actually is. I adore how simple and elegant it is; it has a very high-end look and feel. A tremendous amount of clothing is stored in the drums. With my new Samsung, I can easily finish what would have taken me three loads with my older equipment. The ability to use a smartphone to operate the equipment was something I found to be quite simple to understand. The various settings are simply adjusted using my iPhone after downloading the app and connecting our devices with the QR code. Now that we are alerted when a load is finished, my husband may be requested to dry loads right away rather than letting the wet items sit for a long time. I sat in our laundry room the day we received our units and washed loads upon loads of laundry. It was enjoyable to browse through and discover all the alternatives, so I basically washed every blanket, towel, and sheet in the home. The machine's quietness startled me more than any other aspect that I found impressive. It was so quiet that I kept checking to see if the computers or the app were still active. As absurd as it seems, I now find myself constantly looking to do more laundry since I adore my new Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a couple of weeks ago and I love it so far..Seems very efficient, Haven't yet tried the super fast dry.. You have to hold the start button for a sec longer for it to start.. took me a minute to figure that out..

I just installed this dryer and it works really well. FYI before you wash/dry and clothes run them both for 15 mins otherwise the dryer will smoke a little bit because its burning off the oils from the factory. Other than that great product. I will update my review as time goes on.
