[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had the Samsung Dryer 1 day and love it. I have done 2 loads and am amazed how quickly everything gets dried. I love the different settings so that I can be notified when some articles of clothing are dry in the load so I can remove them from the machine and let the heavier clothing continue to dry. I gave both the washer and dryer 4 stars for design because I wished they had an option for a smaller stand underneath the machines. 28 inches is too high to fit under my cabinets in the laundry room! A 10 or 12 inch option would have been perfect! Without any pedestal they sit too low!

This is the first time I purchased a dyer that wasn’t a whirlpool or Maytag. So this is a very risky high end purchase BUT I have no complaints so far. I hope it still has the same lifetime as the others. Only time will tell on that issue, other than that I am loving it.

The Al Optimal Dry setting is their best feature it detect the dampness of your laundry and it automatically selects the right dry cycle and temperature setting! I love how fresh and clean our items are!

Super speed option helps in quick cycle time and with very less noise. Also it remembers our frequent options and suggests next time. The look and touch feel is great.

Also the dry sensor works, unlike my previous LG dryer. Great so far! The set of washer/dryer looks so good together.

My dryer only worked for about 1 day before the drum stopped spinning. The digital display continues to count down as if the device is running, but nothing is happening. I have since spent time every day for the last week working with Samsung support trying to get a replacement. I still don't have that scheduled after many calls.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This would be a perfect dryer if the preset drying options actually dried my clothes completely. This may be a problem with the machine’s drying sensor. For example, if you choose the drying option for towels, your towels are only dry a third of the way. Start the towel cycle again and it shuts off only after a few minutes because it’s sensing the towels are already dry - when clearly they’re not. A way around this is using the timed dry option. That’s okay when you’re drying on high heat but not low or no heat, though. So if you’re attracted by the preset drying options that will actually get your clothes dry, look for another dryer.
