[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these as a stackable & also purchased the control kit to be able to control the dryer from the washer, at first it did not work when they were installed, after a tech was sent out, it was fixed & works well. As for my 4 Star review, some settings on drying like the Normal seem to turn off prior to items being dry, so the best setting to use is the Time Dry to avoid that happening.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had Samsung washers over 10 years. My previous one was coming close to 10 so had to change. I was still pleased with her bit heating element was going out too frequently and got tired of it. Otherwise, it was still functional. This new AI model looks very modern, but doesn’t dry as thoroughly as previous model. I used to dry in about 40 min. Now to get the same results, I have to run a full cycle for one full hour. The lint basket needs to be cleaned out before every cycle (has an alarm you need to clear). It kind of annoying if you ran something super light that you know you don’t need to but you have to go though the steps. It also had a strange noise as some parts are rubbing against each other when I got it. I thought I had to call the tech, but it got better. Not to mention that the original order came defective as a known issue. Samsung readily replaced it, but I never thought Samsung would damage its name with this level of service. I think all defective or potentially defective items should be inspect I’ve before went to the customer.

I have only been able to run 2 loads in the dryer so unable to provide real insight on the product review. However I can say installation service by RXO (third party) absolutely ruined any positive I might have on the dryer. The so called installation of my Washer and Dryer included that the delivered with the power cord installed wrong on the dryer and then blamed the voltage error on Samsung and just left and advised me to Customer Care. I spent 3 hours with Customer Care on the first night trying to figure out what was the issue with the Dryer. They kept wanting to me prove i had the correct voltage to the outlet. Spent 20.00 at Home Deport for Voltage meter to prove it was right. Then it ended up being RXO had installed the Power Cord wrong. RXO out Nashville has provided any type of compensation other than apologies. As a side note I might add on the washer installation they did NOT remove the shipping bolts so when I ran the first cycle the machine literally was headed the door to the garage on the spin cycle.

I also bought the matching pedestal doing laundry is a breeze. I really like AI optimal Dry because, this has allowed my kids to do their laundry (ages 7 & 12) without an adults help. The AI takes care of the settings and simplifies the whole process. The brushed navy color is really nice and looks very premium.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this dryer. We've had it for about two months and use the AI feature exclusively. Saves us money on every load we dry. The dryer is the least efficient of all appliances. This unit curbs the electric usage and gets your clothes dry. Love it.

I am very happy with the multiple settings I’m able to use for the different types of loads I do - whether I’m washing sheets or towels or cleaning my delicates I know I can depend on this this washer. I must say it is very advanced and well made with exciting new technology.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a gorgeous, modern washer. There are tons of pre-made washing settings, such as for towels, colors, and bedding. I also love that they have an environmentally friendly default “Eco Cold”. You can then adjust any of the settings to different temperature, spin, and soil levels. One of my qualms with the machine, though, is that certain pre-made settings won’t allow cold water, so you have to find the settings that support cold water, if that’s your preference. The only thing that I would make sure you note is that the machines are quite large, which is great because you can fit a lot of items in at once, but make sure that you have enough space. It was a bit of a tight squeeze on my part, but that was my fault for not planning ahead. I highly recommend this product and would purchase again.

This with the matching washer my laundry time has been cut in half. It is huge! It dries much faster than my old machine. It also sends me a message when it is done.

The nob allows you to select multiple functions of the washer and it does not make a lot of noise or shake when it is on the spin function. I will highly recommend this washer to others
