Very disappointed. I've had this unit for almost two years, and it's never dried properly. It takes multiple cycles to dry a standard size load of laundry, and you can just forget about a bed spread. I splurged for the highest end set of washer and dryer thinking it would perform better and it has just been a pain in the neck.

There are a lot of different built in settings, but I usually customize all the settings, which is awesome that there’s so much control. The machine has an adorable jingle that plays when it finishes, and it can also notify you on its app. It’s a great washer, especially for the price. My favorite part is that it’s huge, so I can wash all my clothes at once.

Ultra Capacity Electric Dryer in Brushed Navy is a sleek and highly functional appliance that combines cutting-edge technology with stylish design. Its AI Optimal Dry feature intelligently adjusts drying time and temperature for perfect results, while the Super Speed Dry option is a game-changer for quick cycles, drying a full load in just 30 minutes. The ultra-large capacity makes it ideal for handling bulky items like comforters, and the brushed navy finish adds a modern, premium touch to any laundry room. Quiet, efficient, and packed with smart features, it’s a top-tier choice for households looking to upgrade their laundry experience.

The sensors determine the heat and length of time that it will take to dry the clothes. The app will let you know when the clothes' drying cycle is complete. Love this dryer. Goes good with a Samsung Washer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this Dryer for more than 4 months and it is really great. It has options for quick dry and wrinkle free drying, can be controlled remotely and it sends notifications to your phone via smarthings app.

Day 1 - contacted customer service because dryer never completely dries clothes. Followed their suggestions and troubleshooting steps. Very annoying to have to manually turn off eco mode for every cycle. Several months later, I still have not had a full cycle complete without having to run a manual time cycle to completely dry my clothes. Like the dryer sensor doesn’t detect damp clothes. Love the size and the matching washer is great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this dryer. We've had it for about two months and use the AI feature exclusively. Saves us money on every load we dry. The dryer is the least efficient of all appliances. This unit curbs the electric usage and gets your clothes dry. Love it.

It also comes with a rack for drying shoe/solid objects. overall, it is fantastic dryer and does the job.

The aesthetics is simply nice with chrome only present on the control knob, around the washer & door. This color has a stunning reflection and appears to be made of liquid metal. The performance of the washer in washing and drying your clothes is just as important as how they look. Simply put, it excel ls at carrying out its primary duty. Despite the fact that I haven't yet laundered a thick blanket, I am confident it will fit, which is adequately big to handle huge loads like comforters.
