Not only is washer a high end appliance it connects to Samsungs Smart Things app. I love that I can use an app to do laundry. Samsung smart things app is easy to use and has a user friendly interface for navigating the app. The washer comes with different settings as well as creating you own setting. The washer has a large opening and can certainly fit a large load of laundry. I can easily fit my king size duvet comforter in the washer without worrying about it getting off balance. I would definitely recommend the washer to family and friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my wssher. It is quieter than my previous washer. I love that I am able to connect through my smartphone, and is able to get notifications when the cycle is complete. As well as having to start or restart a cycle.

6 months after purchase, started showing error code dC, have been an awful experience with customer service and the repair appointements, first two appointments tech came and 5 minutes later said he fixed it, next time I'm gonna use, same error code! On the third appointment the tech didn't even showed up. Terrible experience! No recommended at all!!! You're warned!

Some time it does not spin correctly or wash cloth properly. Not sufficient water

bought a year ago and already having major problems with the bearings, the warranty is impossible to use, ive kept the washer clean and kept up with all maintenance yet it still is working terribly. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.
