Great washer, better than expected. Better than expected my Maytag. Love the wifi connection.... let's me know when the load is done and when to use the clean cycle. Thoroughly cleans the clothes.

I love that it alerts my phone when the cycle is done. Sometimes i have my mind elsewhere and need that. I've had the set almost a year now and would definitely buy it again.

Due to the layout of our house, our washing machine can be heard from our living room. It's been very quiet and does not interrupt TV shows or conversations. It gets our clothes very clean and I especially love the detergent and softener dispensers. The water jet is an extremely useful feature that I've used with every single load. Lots of wash cycles and it even though it can be a bit overwhelming, it's nice to have options based on what you're washing. This is our first Samsung washer and we're very happy with it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to change the Bedding temperature because my comforter should be dried on a lower temp than the preset. I contacted Samsung and their response was "Bedding cycle is a preset cycle designed to optimize drying performance for bulky items such as comforters and blankets. Because it is an automatic sensor-based cycle, the temperature setting may be fixed and cannot be adjusted manually." I love Samsung appliances, but I know what works best for my laundry. Furthermore, I have found most of the cycles I use have preset temps. Very disappointing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have to wash every load on extra water setting cause it never puts enough water in on every other cycle. It's terrible sounds like it's burning up the motor cause no water in laundry.

The description did not say that there is no agitator! I am very disappointed. When I watch the movement of the drum during the wash cycle, it barely moves the clothes around which makes me think my things are not being cleaned very well. It is quiet like the description mentioned, but I would have rather had a 'nosier' machine with an agitator. If you want/need an agitator in your washer, this is not the machine for you.

This machine is a terrible unit. I used to question why it would play a 45 second "celebration" song when it completed a load, but I now realize that successfully completing 1 load with this washer is indeed a monumental task and should be celebrated. The unit worked properly for roughly 6 months, and since that point it has been racked with error codes. I cannot put more than 5 or 6 small items in it without it throwing an unbalanced code or low water pressure code. I have tested the water pressure and it is around 70PSI so that code is not correct. I have also taken the unit apart and cleaned out all of the filters, but still get that code. It is extremely uncommon for me to be able to do a single load of laundry without having to reset it, remove a few articles, "rebalance" the clothes, or some other maintenance. Any time there is a code, the washing cycle repeats from start, so you are certainly using way more water than you would with a typical "dumb" washer. I just washed a load of regular clothes and had to restart it 4 times. The overall length of time it took to wash this 1 small load of clothes was about 2.5 hours due to the frequent restarts. That is JUST washing, not counting dry time. I do not recommend this washer and will not buy another Samsung washer again. I will be looking for an old 90s era washer when I finally decide to get rid of this piece of junk, and I suggest you do the same.
