I love all those features and I'm so glad that I went with this model. The capacity is definitely large enough to accommodate the laundry of a family of 4, the best part is that it didn't cause my light bill to go up. If anything it's gone down since we stopped using the old machines.

Easy to use, would buy it again. The capacity makes washing a queen comforter so much easier along with all of our couch blankets. The touch screen technology is easy to use and gives the washer a clean and smooth appearance.

We got the larger capacity (5.5 ft) without an agitator to be able to handle larger loads like our king size duvet. It's convenient because it connects with the Samsung smart things app. It has customizable cycles with the amount of options so available. Everything washes efficiently and does it in a very quick manner for most cycles.

My only problem is it's so deep which I love. I have to get onto tippy toes or us little stepstool to get to the bottom of the washer, but I'm not complaining. I love it

Even when we're downstairs, you can barely hear the washer when it's running. The self-clean cycle is also nice that it alerts you when it's time to clean.

The app is very helpful let's you know once the cycle is complete. Easily connects to your phone or tablet. You can also control the amount of water used making it very efficient.
