It operates very silently with easy to use smart features and clean the clothes as expected. I am really impressed with the option to receive notifications in connected devices.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 11/2023 (now 7/2024) and it's been great. Washer looks great with dark charcoal finish and bright blue lighting (we have matching dryer which looks great as a pair). It's huge at 5.4 cu. ft. Wife wanted an agitator which brings down light weight clothes to the bottom to be scrubbed by the fins. Note that basket is huge and my wife is short so she has to use a step stool to reach the bottom. And in retrospect, she separates clothes into such small batches (by color, fabric type etc.) that she never comes close to a full load. But for us men who throw in everything together so we only have to do one load, it's great!

The design of Samsung is not made to last. There are rods in them that break and are not covered by the warranty. Samsung doesn’t tell you this and instead will gives you the run around and then sends a repair tech out that will charge you $170 just for showing up and telling you they can’t do anything about it unless you want to dish out an additional $800 for labor/parts. The washing machine is in fact useless. Samsung is really out here stealing our money. I called Samsung to see if there was anything they can do (issue a credit of the $170) and of course they said no. I even suggested if they could put the $170 towards a new machine for me but they said no to that as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am loving all of the settings on this washing machine. Clothes are coming out clean and well rinsed. The capacity is INSANE. I recently had house guests and in the span of a week washed linens for 5 beds. Thanks to this washing machine it was no big deal! Love the app notifications. We have a kiddo that has a separate residence on the property and he can put his clothes in and not wonder when they're finished. The app lets him know when it is time to swap them out. Also a very attractive unit. Very pleased!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First things first, this Samsung 7100 series Washer has a huge wash tub. The large capacity has definitely help cut down on the number of loads of laundry we have to do with our large family. The soft close lid is nice and doesn't jump scare my wife when I close the lid and walk off. There is a waterspout built in right below the lid that is really convenient, especially since our laundry room doesn't have a sink. The button layout is very fantastic and easy to read. The buttons are very easy to push, and the cycles are very easy to understand and to navigate. Two of my favorite cycles are the bedding/waterproof cycle, and the activewear cycle. The first load we ran through this washer was our huge King comforter. The wash machine passed with flying colors. It was able to submerge and soak the entire comforter and get it looking and smelling nice and clean. The smart things app was very easy to setup and use. There is a QR code right on the lid and walks you through easy steps to get it up and running. The app has some very useful information like "laundry Recipe" which helps you decide how to wash certain types of clothes if you are unsure. You can also download new types of cycles that aren’t initially on the washer such as Perm press and Wool cycles. You can send cycles to the washer as well and setup timers on when to start and stop them. My favorite part of the app is it alerts me on my phone when either the washer or dryer is done with it's cycle. This is useful when we are outside or hanging out and forget we have laundry going. Overall, I am thoroughly impressed with this washing machine and have yet to find any critiques that I can think of. We have run it through all the setting and cycles, and it has performed flawlessly so far. I'm looking forward to hopefully many more years with this machine.

So it's perfect for large families or even those big quilts you have at home. It washes the clothes seamlessly. I love the fact that you can use the Smart Things App on your phone with this washer. It basically let's you know when your washer is done and more. There is even recommendation on what settings to use for your laundry. I highly recommend this washer to anyone looking to upgrade.

Not only is washer a high end appliance it connects to Samsungs Smart Things app. I love that I can use an app to do laundry. Samsung smart things app is easy to use and has a user friendly interface for navigating the app. The washer comes with different settings as well as creating you own setting. The washer has a large opening and can certainly fit a large load of laundry. I can easily fit my king size duvet comforter in the washer without worrying about it getting off balance. I would definitely recommend the washer to family and friends.

Being a large capacity machine it does take longer to run but I wanted a machine that will handle king sized quilts and it does beautifully! Will definitely be purchased a Samsung dryer when my current one gives up the ghost!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced a smaller Samsung washer with this one, and have been quite impressed! It is much quieter than my old one, and has a huge drum capacity! I find myself looking for more laundry in order to fill up loads. I was able to wash king sized comforter in it, which was a must for me with two king size beds. I have a Samsung phone, so already had the Smart-Things, but connecting the washer to it was quick and easy. The app has a ton of "laundry recipes" which are helpful if you don't know which of the many washing cycles to use. It's also nice to be able to see where you are at in the washing cycle without going out to the laundry room. The only potential negatives I have found with this washer are: 1. The tub is tall, so you may have trouble reaching clothes at the bottom if you are shorter. I am 5'10" and don't have any issues, but have noticed how far down they are. 2. I was washing 2 towels and a set of king sized sheets - which is a fairly small load for this washer - and it kept throwing the unbalanced code during the spin cycle. I tried to even out the clothes and still got the code. After doing this several times, I was finally able to finish my load of laundry. But...has me worrying that this is going to be an issue with small loads. I have never had the issue with a full load.
