I love that I can use the smart things app with this washer and it even provides guidance should you need it as to what settings to use. I highly recommend this washer to anyone.

This is the most uneven and poorly made washing machine I have ever owned. Almost every cycle larger than halfway full it comes unbalanced and gives the "DC" error code. We are constantly very meticulously rebalancing and reorganizing our laundry, but the machine has part of its process where it spins back and forth and literally unbalances the contents itself! It cannot clean sheets, towels, or anything large because of this. Just constant unbalance and error code and beeping. Worst part is each time it comes unbalanced and the DC error code comes up, it drains and refills the water when you restart it! Such a massive waste of water constantly draining and refilling. I try to run "Spin Only" cycle and it fills with water too!! Even though there's a "Rinse and Spin" option it still fills with water on "Spin Only"! Our water bill has skyrocketed using this piece of crap. If you value your sanity and wallet do not buy this.

My old washer I had to pour the detergent into the actual machine itself making such a mess, but this washing machine comes with a compartment for detergent, fabric softener, and bleach! Self clean feature is excellent keeping the machine away from the build up etc. Also I noticed a little tune when the cycle is finished.You can set everything up in the SmartThings app without get up so many options.The washer also came with a water spills .Samsung thought of everything.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my wssher. It is quieter than my previous washer. I love that I am able to connect through my smartphone, and is able to get notifications when the cycle is complete. As well as having to start or restart a cycle.

The worst washing machine EVER. Can not wash anything without it going off balance. Want to wash one towel? Nope off balance. Want to wash 4 towels? Nope off balance. Basket of laundry? Off balance. Do not buy this washing machine unless you want to spend hours doing any sort of laundry for one load.

We went shopping to pick out a new washer, expecting to get one about the same size as our old one (4.5 cubic feet). When my wife saw this 5.4 cubic feet Samsung washer, she immediately wanted it. I liked the features, the build quality, and the fact it was a smart washer that could connect to Samsung SmartThings which I was already using for my TV and a smart computer monitor. My wife loves that even though it is a smart washer, she can do everything she needs using buttons and dials like she is used to. Does an excellent job getting our clothes clean and at washing larger loads like bankets.

Frustrating machine. First, the good. It is big enough to swallow an oversized king comforter and clean it without complaint. The problem is that it is so deep that my 5'2" wife can't reach into the bottom to retrieve small items (it is directly on the floor). The other thing is that the functions are TOO "smart". Sometimes I just want to tell a machine what temperature to wash the clothes and how much. to agitate. In addition, while I like the ability to do multiple rinses, adding them adds a very long time to the wash. 3 rinses makes it take almost 3 hours to finish

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our first time owning a topload washer, we were skeptical about it, but the washing cycle runs very quiet, spin cycle is also very quiet.. actually quieter than out old frontload washer. I connected my washer dryer set to Smartthings, it gives me notification when the cycle is done, I can even check in the app what exactly going now now and how much time is left. Large capacity but fits perfectly in our tiny laundry room.. Love the overall look.. Thumbsup from me!!

6 months after purchase, started showing error code dC, have been an awful experience with customer service and the repair appointements, first two appointments tech came and 5 minutes later said he fixed it, next time I'm gonna use, same error code! On the third appointment the tech didn't even showed up. Terrible experience! No recommended at all!!! You're warned!

I can connect with the machine via my smartphone sending my wash cycle settings and getting notifications when my load is complete. The rinse button inside is awesome if you want to pre soak or scrub some stains out. The inside of the washer is deep so if ur short you may have a hard time reaching the bottom of the machine. The only draw back I have is the pre set settings. Most is set for over a hour so I usually just do my own settings for my individual wash cycles. I'm very pleased with my purchase.
