[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best purchase i ever could have made. I love that it comes with so many options to match your needs. My favorite part is the smart mode. I can be anywhere around weather in or out the house and still recieve alerts for when it's finished.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an awesome washer for anyone who enjoys smart home devices and Samsung products.  As a washing machine, it preforms perfect like you would expect from a Samsung appliance.  I have washed numerous loads of laundry by now and have had no issues getting clothes of all types clean.  There are many different presets for different types of clothes or other laundry items.  The best part however, is the addition of the smart features.  It was extremely simple to connect to the Samsung Smart Things app. Once connected it can be easily controlled from the app.  You can set the exact settings you want and send them to the washer.  The best part is being able to see how much time is remaining and getting notifications when complete.  The only downside is that you have to remember to turn the washer on and enable smart control each time you use it.  As long as you remember to do this when putting the clothes in however, it isn't much of a problem.

has Energy Star rating, most likely because spin is 750 rpm. (front loaders more like 1200 rpm). leaves items like jeans, flannel wet. increased my dry time x2. Energy savings??? Also no separate spin- only cycle ; this would allow one to reorganize the clothes and drain more water. on the plus side: deep fill, deep wash provides water to roughly 3/4 full, so real capacity is less, closer to 4cft, but that is still good. Does not clean as well as I would like, but good enough for today's machines. I would LOVE this machine if the spin was repeatable as a separate cycle OR they brought up the spin to 1000-1100 rpm. Lose the useless Energy Star designation and give us a machine that is AMAZING in flexibility.

Run for your life from this washer! If you like a high water bill then get it! Unfortunately it can’t handle spinning large and even small loads. It’s very iffy. Sometimes it will sometimes it won’t even after adjusting the load. It gets out of balance and then fills back up with fresh water multiple times until it’s balanced where it feels fit. We tried replacing the springs it seemed to help at first then back to UR or UB code. Until I get a new washer I can trust I have to babysit my laundry while I use this machine to make sure it doesn’t keep filling with water all day just to spin water from the laundry. Shameful!

When I purchased this washer it was great. Now the washer is always displaying a U6 imbalance code. The only time my clothes spin out is when there is no clothes or very little clothes in the washer machine. I only have this issue on the last spin cycle.

It now comes with an active water jet so you can pre-treat your laundry before you start the wash cycle, speaking of that it has 12 preset wash Cycles. With Samsungs new technology, this washer reduces noise and vibration. This new washer has a soft closing lid so it doesn't slam, it's self-cleaning, it has 10 different wash options, five different temperature settings, and five different soil settings. Plus with the filters, it also helps to remove pet hair from your laundry. This thing is absolutely awesome. We did several loads this week and I can wash a full load of clothes now in 28 minutes. If you use the SmartThings app you can monitor the wash cycles and schedule the washer to start or stop

I don’t even know where to start but this machine is the worst functioning appliance I have ever had. It did not even perform better than some of the cheap washing machines that were in apartment buildings when I used to rent. It constantly tangled clothes no matter how much you spread them out and how little the load. It even damaged and ripped some clothes. It did not handle comforters Well even the lightweight ones when this is supposed to be a large capacity machine. Water would be left at the bottom of the machine and clothes did not spin out well and I didn’t even have the machine halfway full. The last final thing is the electric panel went out and the machine just stopped working I only had it for a couple of years. Thankfully I had a warranty and I am now getting another machine I will be going back to my LG front load brand and buying the same model which I had for 11 years. I gave it away to my children. I am disappointment in Samsung as they used to have quality products I feel like they are now below standard and they really need to improve if they want to be around as a reliable brand. I would not recommend this machine to anyone I really hope there’s an improvement.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Single person so do not do a whole lot of laundry.power is intermittently staying on after cycle complete.tried to do warrenty on line yesterday but got an error.was given # to call.first time was 14 minutes before i got cut off.2nd lady could not understand my problem she kept saying washer not spinning and finally said that she would have service call me so i am waiting on service to call me.

The best thing is the push button water tap that adds a faucet to my laundry room. I also really like the see through lid that lets me see whats happening at every washing stage. In addition it has a very high capacity stainless steel drum with an agitator. Its large enough to accomodate any bedding or large bulky items that i need to wash. It also automatically selects the optimum water level necessary for the size of the washload. The controls are easy to use and see. This washer ticks all my boxes and i like it a lot!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I knew i was going to like this Samsung but i had no idea how much i was going to LOVE it!! It has some amazing features and my absolute favorite is the active water jet. I always regretted that i dont have a sink in my laundry room but with this feature my washer gives me a faucet at the push of a button. i can rinse and hand wash delicates easily now. This is an amazing feature and a huge upgrade to my laundry room! I also love that the extra large capacity stainless steel drum lets me easily wash bedding and any other bulky items. It connects to the smart things app along with my other samsung appliances which lets me remotely program and schedule my laundry, Another feature i love is that i no longer have to set water levels. The washer analyzes the load and automatically selects the needed water level. The other controls are very easy to see and set on the control panel. I like the see through lid a lot to so i can see whats happening in the washer at every stage of the cycle. Ive never had this before! This is a GREAT washer and im really enjoying using all its features!
