[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our first time owning a topload washer, we were skeptical about it, but the washing cycle runs very quiet, spin cycle is also very quiet.. actually quieter than out old frontload washer. I connected my washer dryer set to Smartthings, it gives me notification when the cycle is done, I can even check in the app what exactly going now now and how much time is left. Large capacity but fits perfectly in our tiny laundry room.. Love the overall look.. Thumbsup from me!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought this washer about 3 months ago and so far so good. I can connect with the machine via my smartphone sending my wash cycle settings and getting notifications when my load is complete. The rinse button inside is awesome if you want to pre soak or scrub some stains out. The inside of the washer is deep so if ur short you may have a hard time reaching the bottom of the machine. The only draw back I have is the pre set settings. Most is set for over a hour so I usually just do my own settings for my individual wash cycles. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an awesome washer for anyone who enjoys smart home devices and Samsung products.  As a washing machine, it preforms perfect like you would expect from a Samsung appliance.  I have washed numerous loads of laundry by now and have had no issues getting clothes of all types clean.  There are many different presets for different types of clothes or other laundry items.  The best part however, is the addition of the smart features.  It was extremely simple to connect to the Samsung Smart Things app. Once connected it can be easily controlled from the app.  You can set the exact settings you want and send them to the washer.  The best part is being able to see how much time is remaining and getting notifications when complete.  The only downside is that you have to remember to turn the washer on and enable smart control each time you use it.  As long as you remember to do this when putting the clothes in however, it isn't much of a problem.

Run for your life from this washer! If you like a high water bill then get it! Unfortunately it can’t handle spinning large and even small loads. It’s very iffy. Sometimes it will sometimes it won’t even after adjusting the load. It gets out of balance and then fills back up with fresh water multiple times until it’s balanced where it feels fit. We tried replacing the springs it seemed to help at first then back to UR or UB code. Until I get a new washer I can trust I have to babysit my laundry while I use this machine to make sure it doesn’t keep filling with water all day just to spin water from the laundry. Shameful!

One of the worst purchases I’ve ever made! The washer doesn’t fully wash clothes. Full or half loads. Doesn’t matter. Parts of clothing are literally dry when the cycle is done. Also, I’m 5’3….I break my back bending over and trying to reach the clothes at the bottom. And the dryer!!! Is a nightmare! It stops when it senses your laundry is dry. When it’s not all the way dry. And you can’t override its settings.

This washer has a design flaw in the suspension rods. The damper will not last long and when is damaged it will affect the spin cycle causing unbalanced load error. I had this problem after just a year and a half. You can change the suspensions rods by yourself but that will not solve the problem, they will be damaged again in 2-3 months. If you call the repair service it will cost at least half of the price of the washer. It is unbelievable that they are still selling this machine! Avoid to waste your money with the top load and buy a front load!

The worst washing machine EVER. Can not wash anything without it going off balance. Want to wash one towel? Nope off balance. Want to wash 4 towels? Nope off balance. Basket of laundry? Off balance. Do not buy this washing machine unless you want to spend hours doing any sort of laundry for one load.

I was so glad to be able to replace it. The drum on this washer is so deep and fits so many clothes. I almost need a stool to reach the bottom! There are many settings for every load type and even a self clean option. Excited to try that function out! Its very quiet and you can hardly hear it when its running. I paired it with my smart things app and its so cool to be able to control it from my phone. It even shows the time left on a cycle. This feature will be amazing for when I'm away from home and forget to start the load! Overall I've been so happy with this washing machine!

Plus with the filters, it also helps to remove pet hair from your laundry. This thing is absolutely awesome. We did several loads this week and I can wash a full load of clothes now in 28 minutes.
