[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this washer. It's big enough for everything and you can get it done in one wash. It cleans really well. I love that I can use the smart things app with this washer and it even provides guidance should you need it as to what settings to use. I highly recommend this washer to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washing machine is amazing. I love the fact that it's the Extra Large capacity model that can easy wash my comforters, rugs and sheets. It even let's you know the duration for the different wash cycles, I love the soft self closing lid, I love that it is super quiet when being operated. It has so many cool features. Samsung outdid themselves on this washing machine.

This is helpful when you don't hear the really long singing chime at the end of a cycle. I really like how clean my clothes are coming out compared to my old washer. This machine is very quiet, and washes load quickly. I am impressed with it so far. It is very user friendly. It is very deep, and I have to use a step stool to reach all the way in to retrieve my items at the end of a cycle, but that is a minor inconvenience. I have had it come unbalanced with my bedding, so I will have to see what the proper size load with that is right for the bedding setting, but otherwise I have had no issues and would recommend this washer. I have three pets and I do think this washer helps to remove the hair off of my clothing.

Piece of junk. It's sooo infurating and frustrating. Always unbalanced when it shouldn't be. It can take several hours to do a load because you have to try to balance it. I feel like I am hand washing the clothes. Do not buy. Piece of crap! Now it says it's washing for 58 minutes instead of the usual 52 minutes. Aghh!! I'm getting rid of it to keep my sanity. Do not buy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a beautiful looking washer and what I like about it is that I can use it from an app and be notified on my phone when it’s done. I like how deep and wide the inside is. It’s perfect for my height I am 5’6”. It’s not a big bulky machine it’s the perfect size.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just replaced my old Washing Machine with this unit - hoping to find something that worked faster, handled larger loads, and made less noise. I wish I would have done this a while ago. My new Samsung has all the features and more that I could have hoped for. The biggest initial difference was how much quieter this unit is - hardly any noise and no vibrations. There are also ton of settings that allow me to find what's right for the type of load I'm cleaning. I also learned about the WaterJet option which is like having a sink in the laundry room to pre-soak and clean/treat items for those who don't have a sink. Another nice feature for those without a sink in their laundry room is the WaterJet option. I would highly recommend a unit with an agitator. It gets your clothes cleaner in a shorter amount of time and prevents them from clumping together in one area, which happens on a lot of machines when you put a bunch of items in the basin. Also, since it's a top-load, there's no musty smell like I've noticed on many front load machines. The SmartThings app allows me to see how much time is required to finish the load when I'm not in the same room or away from the house. It was surprisingly easy to set up on my phone. I found everything straight-forward to use and hardly even had to reference the manual. Really happy with this purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this washer about a month ago, has been working well so far. Does a decent job cleaning my clothes that can get pretty crusty. Dirt bike pants and jerseys come out clean which was a struggle for my other washer. I do have the agitator model which makes a difference.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought this washer about 3 months ago and so far so good. I can connect with the machine via my smartphone sending my wash cycle settings and getting notifications when my load is complete. The rinse button inside is awesome if you want to pre soak or scrub some stains out. The inside of the washer is deep so if ur short you may have a hard time reaching the bottom of the machine. The only draw back I have is the pre set settings. Most is set for over a hour so I usually just do my own settings for my individual wash cycles. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our whole house is Samsung including our TV’s. We love the smart things app and the ability to use our phones for our products. We got 10 years out of the washer we just replaced and I couldn’t be happier with this new updated version.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its a beautiful appliance that is just big enough to wash my king size blankets and my 10ft throw blanket. Im getting used to all the new features compared to my old washing machine. I had a older version of this appliance which I gave to a friend. 10 years later and it's still chugging along!
