This washing machine is JUNK!!! We had to replace the rods in it 4 times because it goes out of balance on even the lightest of loads!! Two person household here! Goes out of balance on a load of pajamas, socks and underwear!! Purchased in 2021 and sending to the scrapyard in Jan. 2025. There is no fix for the issue and we called Samsung and they will do NOTHING!!! Definitely not an ENERGY SAVER because when it goes out of balance, you have to manually reset the load - take out half of it - and when it goes out set on 5, it will jump back up to 21 and refill with water. GARBAGE WASHING MACHINE!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my old washer replaced with this one and I am really enjoying it. I have only done two loads in it so far but its worked great. I really like the smart things connection. I work from home and I can never notice when the washer ends. The notifications have been helpful for me to move everything to the dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To start we really weren’t happy with a front load washer, the new top load washers with the fins on the bottom give us more space for bigger items and larger loads. This washer ticks all the boxes, 5.5 ft.³ extra large capacity with super speed, Active water jet and Wi-Fi connectivity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Impressive items on the Washer are the WaterJet options (no sink needed), agitator for extra cleaning, and Super Speed Wash, decreasing the overall time. The biggest learning curve for us was why didn't the water beginning filling the tub immediately? The washer actually spins to sense and identify the load mass, then calculates the needed washer and time. Then the actual water begins. I had to look online to find out tidbit and appreciate the fellow reviewers that had stated so. SmartThings is a fantastic app. Not only does it provide real time information for your washing or dryer cycle, it helps understands all the available configuration options. The User Interface (UI) is very easy to use and follow. The barcode on the physical washer/dryer made it super easy for the software installation. Overall, we are impressed with our initial couple of weeks using the Samsung Washer.

Brought this set in June 2021 for a 2 person household. Have already had to replace the rods in the washing machine twice and going for the third set as the washing machine goes out of balance all the time. Normal small loads. The rods are flimsy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great capacity washer with smart features. Lots of cycles and settings for all types of fabrics. I just got this and am learning all the new features that my 9 year old Samsung washer didn't have. Like the see thru top and water feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washing machine capacity is large enough for washing blankets. I am really satisfied with the color and all the features it has to offer. Samsung makes quality appliances and I will continue to purchase their products. Very very satisfied

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an awesome washer for anyone who enjoys smart home devices and Samsung products.  As a washing machine, it preforms perfect like you would expect from a Samsung appliance.  I have washed numerous loads of laundry by now and have had no issues getting clothes of all types clean.  There are many different presets for different types of clothes or other laundry items.  The best part however, is the addition of the smart features.  It was extremely simple to connect to the Samsung Smart Things app. Once connected it can be easily controlled from the app.  You can set the exact settings you want and send them to the washer.  The best part is being able to see how much time is remaining and getting notifications when complete.  The only downside is that you have to remember to turn the washer on and enable smart control each time you use it.  As long as you remember to do this when putting the clothes in however, it isn't much of a problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was easy to set up, it's easy to use, all of the different options are fantastic! It is SO quiet you can't hardly even tell it's running! If there is any negative it would be that you cannot put throw rugs or mats in it, but that is because of sand and dirt that can damage it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer has preformed really well. The only thing is drum are ( where a person puts the clothes) is a little too deep. Although it is an extra large capacity washer. Which is great for big and tall people. There are great features on the washer that will help out in the future.
