Worst Purchase EVER!!!

One of the worst purchases I’ve ever made! The washer doesn’t fully wash clothes. Full or half loads. Doesn’t matter. Parts of clothing are literally dry when the cycle is done. Also, I’m 5’3….I break my back bending over and trying to reach the clothes at the bottom. And the dryer!!! Is a nightmare! It stops when it senses your laundry is dry. When it’s not all the way dry. And you can’t override its settings.

Love the large capacity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old washer was 4.5 cu.ft, we had to do multiple loads.. This is 5.5 cu.ft, we are able to 1 load a week.. saves water & electricity :) I was able to connect this washer with my Smartthings setup (setting up with my iPhone was little clumsy, so I used my wifes Samsung phone to setup it up), it works great, I have option to start the washer from my phone, but the most useful part is, get alerts when the washer is done. Loving it. And the washer runs very quiet, does make loud thumping noise like my old one!!

last spin cycle

When I purchased this washer it was great. Now the washer is always displaying a U6 imbalance code. The only time my clothes spin out is when there is no clothes or very little clothes in the washer machine. I only have this issue on the last spin cycle.
