Large capacity and really easy to operate

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second samsumg top loading machine I have purchased as I moved and wanted another one. I really like the capacity and the features to be able to control and start when not home

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great washing machine. It could definitely be faster to complete a “heavy” cycle, but it definitely does a good and thorough clean.

Worst washer I've ever owned

This washer will not stay balanced. No matter the size of the load. IT'S ALWAYS UNBALANCED. It will not do a proper cycle without unbalancing. Yes. It's plumb and level. I would give it zero stars

Hi Dregfan, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with your Samsung washer. Your feedback regarding everyday use and wash cycles is greatly appreciated and helps us better understand how customers interact with their appliances. To support optimal performance, the washer adjusts its spin speed based on how evenly the load is distributed. When balance needs improvement, the washer may slow or pause briefly to help protect the load and ensure effective results. This can sometimes lead to longer cycle times or clothes retaining more moisture. Simple steps like redistributing the load can help promote a smoother, more efficient spin. Capacity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Capacity is 5 star but not for short people. I am unable to unload washer. Should have stuck with a front loader.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great load capacity and unreal spin speed for a residential machine practically swallowing laundromat traffic, no lies.
