My printer 13 months old quit working correctly. There were several lines in the print, an excel spreadsheet columns would not print straight, and then it quit printing completely. I contacted Brother and their support was GREAT. They sent me a refurbished replacement and added 30 days to the warranty. My fingers are crossed. I have loved not having to buy ink cartridges! You should be aware that this printer does not print labels! I found out the hard way. Hopefully this replacement will work correctly

Had two issues with customer support.1) after several weeks they are unable to give me a working fax number that I can send a test to check fax sending.2) unable to print from web sites without rebooting my IPad when I want to print. Not an issue with Epsom printers, only Brothers. Brothers said “go to Apple” problem is with IPad

We have bought 2 of these they work very well. We recommended it to my wife’s sister and she bought one. Easy to set up and operate.

Printing quality unacceptably poor. Ink jet clogs repeatedly and isn't improved notwithstanding multiple attempts at maintenance.

Great printer but, the updating of drivers was problematic. You should consider adding the disk to the printer package.

This product is producing the products I need to conduct business. Its interfaces with WIFI and Bluetooth is superb.
