The print quality, speed of print and paper handling are all excellent. The biggest problem comes not only with the very wee size of the control screen but also the fact that ii always has some kind of cryptic message on it. For example, it will be asking me something about if I want to change the paper size and if I do to press some button and if I don't to press another button. It never tells me how to turn off the messages . . .

Good printer so far. Scans and prints very fast. Quality is good. Only problem I have had is that one of rollers on the paper feeder on the scanner was off (out of place) when I set the printer up. Once I located it and got it out of the feeder mechanism and got it back in place it has stayed there so far. The paper feed works pretty well but the sheets that have been scanned don't stack well and get scrambled sometime. Ink seems to be reasonably priced and it appears that I will be able to use non-OEM ink if I want to.

I bought this to replace an HP printer and I am so glad I switched to Brother. I love this printer! It's fast, even when printing in color. Pictures come out great! The color is very accurate. I was a little worried about the set up after reading the reviews but it was actually very easy. It took me about 15 minutes to set it up to print wirelessly from my laptop and with the USB cable from my desktop computer. I highly recommend this product

This printer was easy to set up and worked right away. I had just returned an HP color printer because it was wireless only and even after 3 tries with HP help desk still would not connect. This Brother printer connects with a cord so easy peasy.

Hate that I cannot print double sided to double sided on the top feed. Takes WAY TOO much time. Other then that I love the printer. The ink service sucks! The packages don’t go large enough.

Have been using ot for 4 months and so far am very happy with its performance. Set up was easy and operation relatively straightforward and easy to use

Have had this printer for awhile, slow to learn the workings of it, have to look up the directions all the time, will catch on eventually! Works fine, does what I need to be done!

Scanning quality could be better and the interface seems very outdated like dot mattrix style. The ink usage along with print quality are reasonable.

I like the printer took a bit of time to connect to wireless once connected works good prints fast happy with the results. I like I can print greeting cards using card stock and does not jam up in printer

Good print quality but the panel controls are not the easiest to use. Wish the software loaded on computer controlled more functions (or perhaps it does and I haven’t discovered it).
