Bought on sale with free delivery for plus member. First printer arrived quickly but would not print test page due to false indication of lack of ink. Called Sam's Club customer service at 11 pm EST and got representative in Philippines who ordered a replacement printer and sent return authorization via FedEx. Also gave a reward eGift card for my trouble. New printer arrived in 5 days and is working perfectly now. Definitely worth the sale price paid and and ink gage shows over 4000 pages of printing remaining, so it probably will last two years as advertised.

I use my Brother printer for home use only. It does a great job in printing and copying! To scan you need to use the iprint and scan app. It's easy to use and again does a great job as well. I've only had it for a short time but it does everything I want my printer to do. The speed in printing is pretty quick! I had a different printer by another company but it was very expensive with buying the ink jet cartridges and had problems with scanning as they wanted me to pay for the site. So far I'm very happy with my Brother printer!

Lasted for about 1.5 years. Now can't hold an alignment or maintain print quality. Support said to upgrade firmware but the installation part of that refuses the machine's password which is clearly written on the printer. After spending hours and hours and hours in this futile endeavor, I'm done. To the Landfill it goes.

I replaced my older Brother inkjet printer after 8 years of moderate use. No real question about going with another brand for Nancy new printer. Set up was easy....a small issue with getting the printer connected to the wireless network but nothing major. This machine prints a bit faster than the old one but is also a bit noisier. Appreciate larger volume paper tray. Happy with the purchase, so far

I just bought this printer. After buying it I noticed all the reviews about set up being difficult so I was nervous. When it arrived I noticed on the box it has a list of operating systems that it is compatible with and Windows 11 was not part of the list (which is what I have). I jumped into the set up anyway and thankfully set up was a breeze. I had no issues setting it up. Didn't even read the directions or anything. I just followed the prompts on the printer screen and it had it set up and printing within 30 minutes. It took a little longer only because it was updating software.

Easy to install, I like the paper drawer being under machine.

Unfortunately, it did not work out of the box. It printed blank sheets of paper. I tried everything in trouble shooting including trying to make a copy. Ink cartridges installed and primed fine. I returned and purchased another brand.

The print is good quality and fast. The controls are not intuitive and design could be more efficient and logical. Some operations are very complex for what should be easy and efficient. It takes a lot of digging to figure out.
