Enchiladas are my favorite food, so when I saw this at the store for a great price, I immediately snatched one up, and had it for dinner that night. There is no way this was rotisserie chicken, 0% chance. The chicken was more like the canned chicken you buy for emergencies, flavorless and cubed. The sauce had an odd taste to it, not Mexican at all, I threw away 90% of the pan in disgust. Your standards have to be REALLY low to find this dish to be worth buying.

This is really big, you can split this and eat it several times. It's not overly spicy, and I didn't find it too salty. It is tex-mex. The tortillas are thick and can feel a bit gummy. The chicken pieces are large and cooked through. It wasn't restaurant quality, but it was good for a Saturday evening home dinner. The cooking instructions are on the bottom. Mine came in a metal tin, so all I had to do was remove the plastic cover, cover it with foil, and bake. It is supposed to bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. I had already frozen mine, so it took much longer.

These chicken enchiladas are great, my only complaint is the outrageous amount of salt. The sodium levels in this premade package are insane! I bought this package once and told myself never again because it's too salty. Talk about having fresh food and healthy ingredients, not.....

As I read some other reviews I wonder about people. These are very tasty, mild and filling. I gave never had an issue with freshness. I check the date. I buy these about 6-8 times a year and have never been disappointed. If you like Mexican flavors, you will probably love these. Enjoy.

There was absolutely no cooking directions on this package. So I called and he acted like I was an idiot. He kept telling me they’re on the packadge! He reluctantly went to grab one and told me to cook it for 45 minutes at 450°. Anyhow it came out burnt as a crisp absolutely disgusting!

These are great and I buy about once a week, for the person who complained about the label they apparently don't know what they are doing the directions are close to the top of label you can easily open without ruining directions, OR read the directions BEFORE you open it, set the temp on oven remove plastic lid and put foil on top how is that so hard to remember, imagine if they put the directions on the bottom the mess it would make tilting the product over to read... Nice and filling and recommend.

I am not a big enchilada eater, but these looked really good so I decided to try them. It came out the oven looking delicious but tasting horrible. The chicken had an old taste not fresh tasting. I only gave this dish 2 stars because my son loved it, maybe my taste buds were off!!

Tried these for the first time and found them to be surprisingly good. Portions were huge with lots of chicken chunks. We needed to cut them in half. Added some extra Mexican cheese before cooking. After removing them from the oven we topped them with some sour cream and some homemade guacamole. Wow!

I bought for my 10 year old and total of 3 of us and there was plenty and leftovers and it was oh so good. We were shocked how good lots of chicken very tender and tons of cheese.Were gonna be getting it again and trying some more quick and easy delicious dinners.
