They came in a black, plastic tray. It said oven safe? I called the store to check, and the man that answered said those are definitely NOT oven safe. Why does the instruction label say they are? He said only the aluminum pans are mean to go in the oven. Transferred to glass to bake. Tasted just ok. Better than nothing.

This product is delicious and for months was a go to. But the change from an oven safe aluminum bottom to plastic completely removes the convenience factor. Transferring to an oven safe dish is messy. The enchiladas break and a lot of the sauce is wasted. And - now I have another dish item to clean. Charge more if you have to but change the packaging back to the way it used to be. Will not buy this again until that change is made. Listen to your customers. I know I am not the only one that has voiced this opinions.

We love Mexican food but wasn’t sure about this since it’s not exactly made how it is supposed to be. But we added our own touch to it and it was great!! Added some chipotle Mrs dash to top and it was great… make sure to cook thoroughly tho bc they’ll be mushy if not. I like to crispy the top a bit not a lot just a little. Other wise great dish will buy again.

The tray has been changed from an oven safe aluminum tray to a plastic tray, so you have to transfer 3 foot long enchiladas into an oven safe tray which is a mess and ruins the food preparation.. along with that the price has increased, which everything else in this world has increased in price unfortunately, but the biggest frustration is if I'm paying more at least leave it the same way and not make it a frustrating mess.

I wasn't expecting much since I wasn't sitting in a booth and sipping on a margarita while waiting for these, but they are actually really good! I'm a frequent Tex-Mex diner, so I feel like I know good enchiladas and these were spot on. They are; however, made with flour tortillas, so I guess you'd call them smothered chicken tacos, but I like them and will buy again. Only negative is there's no nutrition info.

I buy this a lot. One pan would feed us with left overs. Plenty of chicken, sauce and cheese in a tin for baking. Now a measly portion, barely any cheese and very dry. And in a plastic container so you have to remove it into another container. And all that for even more money than before. Not a happy camper with changes like this one. Considering not renewing my membership

Every since they cut back on the sauce and now that they quit using an oven safe pan, I have been less and less impressed. They taste great now, but could use more sauce. As far as the pan goes, it is now enough to keep me from purchasing them again. It is too much of a waste of what sauce you do have to move all of them into a foil pan just to cook them. What were they thinking?

Since it was labeled as enchiladas made from rotisserie chicken, I assumed the chicken would be shredded. What I got was chunks of chicken that had the tough texture like they had been boiled. Plus the flavor was just off. It seemed to be with the chicken specifically, not the red sauce, but overall it was gross and I won’t be ordering that again.

The information on the bottom of the package makes it hard to be able to read without tipping the tub over, and it only states to move to an ovenable container and heat to cooking instructions, which there are NONE. I had to look it up online to be able to even cook them! So this review is being posted before even being able to cook/serve.

My family loved these. I'd just pick them up on the way home and have an easy dinner. However, Sam's Club has changed the packing. It is NOT as pictured. I placed this order for pick-up and I definitely wish that I hadn't. It used to be that you just take off the lid, cover it with foil, and then toss it in the oven. However, it now comes in an all clear container that can't go in the oven. So you have to move it into and over safe container. While moving mine into a glass baking dish the cheese went everywhere and made a huge mess. I might buy these again, but only in store so that I can make sure that it is properly packaged.
