Okay, it isn't what you would expect from a Mexican restaurant, but it is decent. and convenient Filling. Needs hot sauce. Cook at 350 for 20 minutes. Add salsa and sour cream...and hot sauce. You need a magnifying glass to read the cooking instructions. Really.

Great portions

This is actually a tasty meal, and would buy it again. I'm thinking it comes in a plastic container so people will microwave it? Seems it would be all mushy. I had to do the dreaded transfer into an oven safe container so it would be a little on the crispy side. Nor really a big deal. Would buy again.

This casserole dished would best be titles as "Wet Burritos". A bit too salty, but so it all the food in Michigan, most be because they have lakes and not oceans. Kidding... but if this dish was made with corn tortillas, they would taste like good TexMex enchiladas. The flour tortillas taste like raw dough, stretching and gummy.

Daughter and I enjoyed!

Not to happy with the new packaging! You used to be able to just take the lid off and put them in the oven! This new packaging you have to remove everything and put in a different pan! Would rather pay a little more for the old packaging! What’s up with that???? Would not give high marks because of the packaging!

My husband and I had a super stressful week between a sick baby, getting sick ourselves and keeping up with work. I bought these to give us an easy dinner. While the red salsa is better than the white enchiladas, they were still extremely salty. Pretty much inedible. We threw the white ones away but forced ourselves to finish these because they were slightly more bearable. Won't buy again.

Economical and good

These are made with flour tortillas and chunks of chicken. Not what you would expect for this dish. These are normally made with corn tortillas and shredded chicken. The chicken is also flavorless and very small amount of sauce. Don't waste your money.

These are terrible, first there way to salty, then the tortillas are slimy, I don't know what possessed them to use flour tortillas in enchiladas but it is really gross they're supposed to be corn tortillas! I will never buy these ever again I ended up throwing them away after a couple bites.
