Soggy. Full of filler in the middle. Clara Barton would exclaim "Where's the Chicken". Tasted liked Mexican food from Wisconsin. Does Sam's actually taste test the stuff they sell? Probably not a big seller here in San Antonio!!

We have purchased this enchilada casserole numerous times and always have baked it in the container it comes in. The instructions say to take the plastic off the top and cover it with foil and bake in the oven. I usually put it on a cookie sheet. This time, I was in a hurry and did my normal preparation and shoved it in the oven. After about 40 minutes I decided to take it out and remove the foil and realized the packaging was now plastic! I wish I had paid attention! Ended up sliding into my casserole dish but now I’m in a quandary if we should even eat it since the plastic melted and shrunk.

I buy this a lot. One pan would feed us with left overs. Plenty of chicken, sauce and cheese in a tin for baking. Now a measly portion, barely any cheese and very dry. And in a plastic container so you have to remove it into another container. And all that for even more money than before. Not a happy camper with changes like this one. Considering not renewing my membership
