These enchiladas are very good with plenty of chicken, sauce and cheese but they're made with flour tortillas. The tortillas become a soggy bread dough gunk when cooked and even worse as a leftover. I took the filling out, put it on a corn tortilla heated it up and used it as a tostada base. If it were available I would buy the filling with the chicken, sauce and cheese and make my own. Or I'd buy just the sauce and use their rotisserie chicken and cheese but I won't be buying these again as long as they're made with flour tortillas.

I’m writing a review on these, first mine came with a foil pan. These are very, very good, mine has big chunks of chicken breast in it, not jus t a little bit but a bunch, flavor was sooo good.. better than what we have gotten from the Mexican restaurants. Made these with a side of spicy Mexican rice. This was just me and my husband being pigs ate two big meals out of this container. Going next week to get another one. It says covered for 40-45 minutes, I tented foil on top and sealed around the edges, then cooked covered for 30 minutes then uncovered for 10, then for me I had to put under low broiler with oven door open (watching) for 2-3 minutes just to put a slight brown on top of cheese….

While there are some minor complaints, the extreme saltiness is just a killer for this. The flavor otherwise was good. The chicken was bit size chicken chunks. I was expecting a more traditional shredded chicken since it comes from rotisserie chicken. The choice of flour tortillas instead of corn makes since because corn tortillas wouldn’t store very well, but at least put a layer of sauce under them so the flour tortilla isn’t glued to the bottom.

Oh My Gosh, these Chicken Enchiladas were delicious!! Full of Chicken, definitely enough Cheese and the Enchilada Sauce very tasty! For the 2 of Us, we had this meal Twice as they are very filling and satisfying. Removed the plastic top, covered with tin foil, baked at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, does it get any easier? 2nd time around, just reheated in microwave minus the foil of course, lol and reheated was excellent as well. Restaurant Quality, even better than our local Mex. So glad I tried, no mess meal and no clean up, Definitely will do this again.

Filling is terrible, no big chunks of chicken at all. It's some kind of gristle ground up mushy and gross. I wish I read all the 1 star reviews before I bought it. The reviews were all correct. It's basically left over rotisserie chicken gristle ground up and mixed with some filler. They sold all the good breast meat separtely and don't use the good chicken in these enchiladas. Gristly Gross. Not worth buying. Not worth eating. Won't ever buy again. They even skimped on the sauce, not enough to cover up the poor taste of the soup like mush inside.

Enchiladas are pretty good. A bit too much cheese/sodium. When re-heating, make sure it heats through as there’s nothing worse than THICK lukewarm cheese! Originally heated in the tin it came uncovered w/foil at 350 for 45 minutes in the oven as another reviewer stated. Top with sour cream and diced onions.

These are delicious! You get 3 very large enchiladas in a flour tortilla (which I prefer). They are topped with a generous portion of mixed mexican cheeses. The enchilada sauce is tasty & thick. Excellent! It feeds my family of 3 — two adults & a teenager pretty easily, especially if we have some chips & salsa on the side. My husband & I both work 8-5 jobs so Sam’s prepared meals come in clutch for us. The enchiladas & stuffed peppers are our favorite dishes.

Honestly, the problem with these was the sauce. It tasted awful and completely drenches everything in the pan. We were so glad when it was all gone so we didn't have to eat it anymore. The chicken was also kind of chunky and there were pieces that still had cartilage on them so they had to be spit out. I was really disappointed in these overall.

Being a guy, I saw the photograph of this product. In the photo, the enchiladas are cooked. All of the food sold in the deli is pre-cooked. They were delivered to my home uncooked, raw, with not a hint or sticker with directions on how to cook them. What temperature? how long? Covered or uncovered? Do I need to add anything, like moisture? I even read every review, hoping for help, and called Sam's Club for help, but no one answered. I was a very hungry and desperate man! A big failure to communicate by Sam's Club.

I have been wanting to try this for a while but was hesitant because of the ingredients are sometimes to harsh for my stomach. It looked awesome after baking it but what a mess on transferring it to a plate. I had to cut it sections and it looked so sloppy on the plate. Very salty to me and wayyyyyyy to much sauce. I should stayed with my gut feeling.
