The packaging of this product is ridiculous. You need to go back to the original format for flour bags. you've been ruining my life with this bag for years now, please go back and make a real flour bag. My wife wants to save the$2 from the Walmart flour but the bag isn't worth saving any money. You can't open the bag and close it. The pour spout is completely useless. I think people must be emptying these 25lb bags into a bin. I use these 25lb bags regularly. The flour is clumpy and needs sifted, compared to the Walmart brand flour.

They replaced Dakota Maid Unbleached with BLEACHED flour and didn't put BLEACHED in the description.

Really sad to see sams club change from an unbleached locally made flour to a bleached flour. Now I have to find a new bulk flour.

I loved the Dakota Made UNBLEACHED flour! if you're going to replace it, please have an unbleached option!

Great buy and quality has been up to my standards. I did not see anywhere on the bag that the flour is pre-sifted, so I do have to sift it. The price per ounce is worth it.
