I love this flour, never have problem with dough rising. I use it for sweet bread and sourdough as well. Very often we buy 300 pounds weekly.

Third time trying to get this shipped correctly. I keep getting wheat flour instead. 250 lbs so far. Serious issues

It's good quality flour for a price you can't beat. We have used this flour to bake all kinds of goodies for the kiddos. It's a perfect size bag for your holiday baking.

First time user. Great price but did not like the finish results on my sweet loafs and breads. I had pre-mixed with the name brand for my breads about 10 loafs of banana bread. Had orders for a few dozen more and used this one. The pre-mix had a good rise and softer shell this brand did rise but split every loaf in the middle and fell and had a hard shell like top. May be ok if you are using for home but will never take the chance again if selling the loafs to the public. I loss money trying to save a buck just in fruit and spices. Not again. However you can't beat Sam's overall prices.

Oh no! I went to buy flour today and the new member's mark brand is bleached flour! i have been using the dakota maid for years specifically because it is unbleached and unbromated! please bring it back!!

Like the value, but the packaging is a challenge for household use.
