I purchase this as well as King Arthur bread flour and use it in all my baking. I do believe there is a difference in flour and if you want good, consistent results this is the way to go.

I am so glad I found this. I make homemade mixes from brownie mix to tortilla mix. This works perfectly and all in one bag vs buying several of the regular size.

Quality seemed to be fresh and cant beat the price

This flour is horrible. Once again, Sam's Club in its infinite wisdom discontinues a popular brand in favor of their own lesser-quality brand. Any professional baker will tell you that unbleached flour is superior for taste and texture. This flour is not only bleached and bromated, but it is lumpy and must be sifted before it can be used. Why oh why did they switch? Price is not everything.
