Great flour for frying. Not sure about baking. It gives meat and vegetables such a wonderful crispy crust. I purchased a extra large dog food bin to keep fresh. Its a lot of flower for an unbelievable price!!

The number one reason I have a Sams membership. (There are many others but this is #1) great price, not bromulated. We buy two bags a month for our family. Sourdough, pizza dough, cinnamon rolls.. it’s perfect for all of it.

I am so glad I found this. I make homemade mixes from brownie mix to tortilla mix. This works perfectly and all in one bag vs buying several of the regular size.

I purchase this as well as King Arthur bread flour and use it in all my baking. I do believe there is a difference in flour and if you want good, consistent results this is the way to go.

I love this flour, never have problem with dough rising. I use it for sweet bread and sourdough as well. Very often we buy 300 pounds weekly.

They replaced Dakota Maid Unbleached with BLEACHED flour and didn't put BLEACHED in the description.
