Great price for quantity

I have been using Member's Mark flour for over 5 year, I bake so much and I make pizza cake cookies, and I love it. and I do recommended for everyone, just give it a try.

Great buy and quality has been up to my standards. I did not see anywhere on the bag that the flour is pre-sifted, so I do have to sift it. The price per ounce is worth it.

Is this as good as Gold Medal? King Arthur? No. It's probably not. But it's cheap and it is fine for everything I'm going to use it for. I've definitely used worse flour.

My club was out of MM AP flour. So I ordered online. It was well packaged. This is my favorite flour. It bakes of well and has a fine quality. My hope is Sam's will continue to carry this flour so I don't have to go back to store bought.

I've ordered this flour a number of times and I will continue to order it. Over the years, I've tried "generic brand" flour and have ended up with some flours that taste off. That is not the case with this flour! Every bag is quality flour with no odd flavors. In addition, if you're a person that does a lot of baking, this is a great value!

This is a 25lb bag of flour. This is a great item to purchase whether you have a large family, own a small business or prepping for emergencies. The bag is sturdy, the flour is fine and dry so you won't need to sift it quite as much. A big bag takes up less space than three 10lb bags of flour. My large family goes through a 25lb bag of flour in about a month, so buying in bulk makes sense for us.

This flour works perfectly for all sorts of baked goods. Just as good as the name brands at a much better price. The only thing that could be improved is the spout to pour the flour from - it tends to get folded up and the flour gets stuck. I usually just end up cutting the bag open.

We do much baking in our household and have purchased many bags of "bread flour" from Sam's in the past so we decided to try the MM brand of all purpose flour when other local stores ran out of all purpose flour earlier this year. We were NOT disappointed - it has worked well for us in baking several different types of baked goods.
