This meat is hit and miss. Last package was without a doubt the worst beef product I have ever had in my life. I had to throw out as it was like chewing rubber. You could not chew it, what the heck was this? In am not exaggerating!! Was it beef?

While you do need to clean up the silver skin and fat patches on the back, the front facing pieces are usually pretty trimmed for you. Definitely cheaper by the pound here, than at Walmart.

There was way too much fat left and it was hidden on the underside. I paid for probably half a pound of it by the time I got it all off. I will not be buying this again. It did not taste great either.

I bought these steaks recently! They were three in the package. I cut them on half to cook them in my George Foreman grill. I use Members mark onthem Steak seasoning on it and they were tasty!

This meat is tender and very delicious. We like to marinade it and grill it to make tacos, carne asada nachos, we even cook it in the stove as beef stew or with potatoes.

The meat was good, but at over $10 per lb I'd think they would trim a bit more fat off. There was almost 1 lb of fat all together so i paid almost $10 for fat that went into the garbage. Of course the fat was on the opposite side too so it was not visible in the packaging.
