Bought and prepared two packs (4 steaks) hoping for leftovers. Very few leftovers (it was a hit)!

I would not buy this again. The meat was cooked medium to medium rare and it was still VERY chewy. Spend more for better quality meat.

I usually purchase skirt steaks from Sam’s but this one was hard and unable to cut through!

Big meat. Bigger than I expected. Great for dishes like Asian or Mexican recipes. It is a little tough so requires extra cooking to get it tender.

Usually, I buy this kind of meat, but the last three times I bought it, two of the steaks were like rubber bands.

Lately this cut has been too fatty and muscle that it impossible to cook. I will not suggest this cut in particular

Lean and tasty. Not as much fat as most grocery skirt steak, so marinade or dry rub and sear on high heat. Perfect for fajitas.

I LOVE SKIRT STEAK BUT, IT IS SO HARD TO FIND HERE IN ME. SAMS HAS HAD IT MORE CONSISTANTLY NOW AND AT A REASONAL PRICE WITH GREAT FLAVOR.

Made steak tacos and seasoned them well. The meat was tender but remember to cut against the fraud and I sliced mine thinly too.

It was terrible! So tough and grissley. I pounded it before I grilled it but it didnet make a difference.
