Excellent meat!

Not good

did pick up, package has bunch of holes in it. now I have to drive another 30 minutes to return it, for a new one. this has happened so many times with damage products, sometimes i end up just tossing because the amount of time driving and gas just not worth it. think for now on i have to sit in the parking lot and go through every single item to make sure its not damaged or expiring the same or next day

Terrible, this is a scam. I bought this tray of skirt cut and when I pulled it from the package and turn it over it was all fat, I tried to take out the fat but the more I was cutting the more fat I could find. I gave up, put it back in the package, close it with more plastic and put it in the fridge waiting to go to Sams and return it. I'm so mad and disappointed, i took the beaf out of the fridge in the morning to cook it once unfrozen and I had to go to the closest Publix to buy another piece of meat to be able to cook something. Im not buying more beaf from Sam's

Bought and prepared two packs (4 steaks) hoping for leftovers. Very few leftovers (it was a hit)!

Lean and tasty. Not as much fat as most grocery skirt steak, so marinade or dry rub and sear on high heat. Perfect for fajitas.

I LOVE SKIRT STEAK BUT, IT IS SO HARD TO FIND HERE IN ME. SAMS HAS HAD IT MORE CONSISTANTLY NOW AND AT A REASONAL PRICE WITH GREAT FLAVOR.

Excellent cuts, we seasoned & grilled them for a very short time, then cut them up thin and made fajita's.
