Please consider this before purchase or you will be very disappointed. NOTE TO SAM’S CLUB — leave the inside skirt attached to the whole flap and then sell us the whole flap. The whole sirloin flap is pure glory if cooked low and slow. It is composed of the inner skirt, the flank, and the bavette. It’s less work for Sam’s Club too.

did pick up, package has bunch of holes in it. now I have to drive another 30 minutes to return it, for a new one. this has happened so many times with damage products, sometimes i end up just tossing because the amount of time driving and gas just not worth it. think for now on i have to sit in the parking lot and go through every single item to make sure its not damaged or expiring the same or next day
