I LOVE SKIRT STEAK BUT, IT IS SO HARD TO FIND HERE IN ME. SAMS HAS HAD IT MORE CONSISTANTLY NOW AND AT A REASONAL PRICE WITH GREAT FLAVOR.

Big meat. Bigger than I expected. Great for dishes like Asian or Mexican recipes. It is a little tough so requires extra cooking to get it tender.

This skirt steak was a first purchase for me, and I can tell you that I will be buying it again. Very tender, and reasonably priced.

Excellent cuts, we seasoned & grilled them for a very short time, then cut them up thin and made fajita's.

I would not buy this again. The meat was cooked medium to medium rare and it was still VERY chewy. Spend more for better quality meat.

Disappointed. Extremy tough. I’ve had these before and marinated them over night and they turn out so good, but these were too tough to chew

Lately this cut has been too fatty and muscle that it impossible to cook. I will not suggest this cut in particular

Made steak tacos and seasoned them well. The meat was tender but remember to cut against the fraud and I sliced mine thinly too.

The inside skirt steak was very tough. Did not grill it long. Only gave it a char on both sides but I found it to be very tough and chewy. Would not buy again.

Piece of meat was overpriced to begin with but after opening the package and realizing I had to trim half pound off because of fat on the side that I couldnt see, I would.not recommend.
