I've bought this meat before, but this one was awful, very tough. I didn't eat it and I won't buy it again. It ended up in the trash; it's a waste of money.

this steak is not good.it has a lot of silver skin on it. even after the painstaking task of removing it and marinating overnight it was tough and chewy no matter what temp it was cooked. I was literally chewing a small piece for minutes almost like chewing gum. We had a few pieces from whole foods that were butchered well and extremely tender. Never buying this cut here again.
