A fair price for Skirt steaks, marinate for tenderness.

SAMS always has great cuts of meat.

Tender! Quality, quantity, !!

Wasn't a clean cut of meat, I had to cut a lot of hard skin in order to cook and eat it properly.

Horrible cut of skirt extremely tough

This rime we choose a bad cut i guess. It was soooo tough. Even after marinating over night!

Very chewy. Had to stop eating because I felt my teeth getting loose

Good bargain, great marinated

Great product at a far price

Fajitas were grilled with different sweet peppers and they were totally tender.
