I joined Sam’s just for the meat. This is not an exception, it is a good value and high quality piece of meat.

While you do need to clean up the silver skin and fat patches on the back, the front facing pieces are usually pretty trimmed for you. Definitely cheaper by the pound here, than at Walmart.

This meat is tender and very delicious. We like to marinade it and grill it to make tacos, carne asada nachos, we even cook it in the stove as beef stew or with potatoes.

I bought these steaks recently! They were three in the package. I cut them on half to cook them in my George Foreman grill. I use Members mark onthem Steak seasoning on it and they were tasty!

Sam's always has great meats to pick from. This didn't disappoint. Prepared it in crock with some gravy packets. Delicious everyone enjoyed it and will be buying this again.
