bought this last night. $8.48 lb. 2.16 lbs and had 6.4 oz of extra fat and could have trimmed more.

I joined Sam’s just for the meat. This is not an exception, it is a good value and high quality piece of meat.

This meat is hit and miss. Last package was without a doubt the worst beef product I have ever had in my life. I had to throw out as it was like chewing rubber. You could not chew it, what the heck was this? In am not exaggerating!! Was it beef?
