Meat was delicious and tender and was a huge amount for a very large family!

It was tender and tasty marinated in a teriyaki sauce and grilled

It's not a good cut its was like gummy

Still has the binder skin of the muscle attached

Meat cut like warm butter

Meat was good and prepared well. Wish it wasn’t so expensive.
