This butcher only displayed the nice part of the cut of meat. The underside of the meat was mostly fat. Over one pound of fat, once I weighed on a food scale. I was very upset and mad with this purchase. Very deceiving.

While the quality is undesputanle. The price feels very high Not to mention a lack of customer service at the checkouts But also when requesting customer support/service

This was such a hit at our taco party!! I used a special marinade and had it sit in my fridge overnight. Was sooooo good. Made a salsa verde and this was gone quick

Fajitas had too much fat.

Good but could be better!

Great quality, awesome price!

Fresh, great quality and good price.

Good flank steak just beef is so expensive

Excellent for making fajitas!!

I have been a fan of Skirt dtaek for very long time. But this skirt steak doesn’t even come close to the real thing. Not marbled to hard and ceey. Don't recommend it to anyone
