This steak is always a great find and is usually very tender. It’s a must-buy item anytime we are craving steak or fajitas.

I have been a fan of Skirt dtaek for very long time. But this skirt steak doesn’t even come close to the real thing. Not marbled to hard and ceey. Don't recommend it to anyone

Had them before and brought them again for the 4th of July. Last cooked them in slow cooker came out with meat falling off the bone.

Great value on a very underrated cut of meat. I keep it simple and season it with AP seasoning on both sides and cook on a high for 4-6 min per side, depending on thickness, and slice against the grain. My whole family loves it and that’s hard to say when I have two picky young kids. Leftovers are good cold or with a quick reheat in a warm skillet. Don’t pass on this cut, it’s hard to beat for the price.

Low quality not tender

Very Very tough meat. Cooked it on a flat grill. Cut it against the grain as instructions indicated. My family didn't enjoy the meal.

I have had a difficult time finding flank steak in Maine (after living from CA). I am so happy to have found quality flank at Sam’s!
