Great value on a very underrated cut of meat. I keep it simple and season it with AP seasoning on both sides and cook on a high for 4-6 min per side, depending on thickness, and slice against the grain. My whole family loves it and that’s hard to say when I have two picky young kids. Leftovers are good cold or with a quick reheat in a warm skillet. Don’t pass on this cut, it’s hard to beat for the price.

It was tough like leather not edible!

This steak is always a great find and is usually very tender. It's a must-buy item anytime we are craving steak or fajitas.

The meat is tough because you do not provide the service that the butchers use yo make it tender. Otherwise it was very flavorful.

I marinated the skirt steak for 48 hours, then grilled it, hoping for a delicious, tender steak, but unfortunately it was quite tough.

Had them before and brought them again for the 4th of July. Last cooked them in slow cooker came out with meat falling off the bone.
