The meat is tough because you do not provide the service that the butchers use yo make it tender. Otherwise it was very flavorful.

Made carne asada taco’s from this & honestly it was a good cut of meat for it even though it isn’t the correct meat. I’d definitely use it again for them.

Buy the flank steak if you’re making Fajitas. It’s much better. I’ve tried Skirt several times and always a little disappointed. You have to chop it so fine to chew it.

There was way too much fat left and it was hidden on the underside. I paid for probably half a pound of it by the time I got it all off. I will not be buying this again. It did not taste great either.

Great steaks for fajitas and sliders . The steaks are trimmed pretty well . I tenderize with a mallet then marinade in my favorite Italian dressing .

Like anyone else this cut depends on what is available at the time but sams has consistently had a great marbled cut. My wife and I buy sparingly because it’s just. It our preferred cut but without fail it’s always great here.

Very sneaky butcher hides the fatty part. As soon as you get it home and open it the underside has so much fat the steaks are red on one side and almost completely white on the other.
